When making pulled pork this is the way to go . Cooked them in the crockpot slow and easy. You don't have to worry about looking for chunks of fat. You are getting all meat with these.

The pork tenderloins in Sioux Falls Sam's Club comes from Wholestone Farms. That is a local packer who is owned by over 200 family farms. So awesome to see the product my family raises in Sam's clubs. Pork tenderloin is the highest quality of pork you can buy for a fraction of the cost of beef. Incredibly forgiving when you are cooking them, although best when they are cooked to 145°. Incredibly versatile to cook, with seasonings, marinades, etc. No waste on this cut. My kids favorite is some Italian seasoning and the last 15 mins take it out, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top and sear it off in the oven. Awesome product.
