Pancakes are soft and moist. Love the sweet flavor too. We eat it as a snack too!

Mochi batter

Heard that this pancake/ waffle mix was really good so I made waffles for my granddaughter using the mix and we all love it. However, I cut down on the amount of oil for one recipe and use coconut oil instead since it's healthier. Does not stick to the waffle iron and cooks up nice and fluffy.

Taste and texture is perfect and would never know its gluten free!
