I felt more of a jolt from a cup of coffee!! I'm sorry !! I love trying new products but save your money!! Go to Starbucks and get a cold brew !!

I took it as directed and noticed right away that I didn't get the jitters and it didn't mess with my stomach like a lot of other products do, so I was hopeful that it would work without the unpleasant side effects. It didn't. I noticed no change in my energy levels, weight or muscle definition. I eat pretty healthy and work out 6 days a week, but I have felt like I've plateaued a bit so I was really hoping this would give me the boost I need.

This works it really targets your trouble areas and melts the fat cells while your working out. The down side to this is you gotta drink a lot of water because it drys out youre mouth.
