[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since starting LeanFire I've noticed I've not been as hungry and that has contributed to some definite weight loss. 5lbs so far in the last week. Almost seems like too much weight loss in a short amount of time. But I have noticed a considerable amount of energy I hadn't had before however, the energy crash makes me truly tired and energy less. At this point I feel like I'm gaining some and losing some from this supplement. It provides weight loss but it also gives you a crash feeling for myself that is, which doesn't make me feel all that great. Being a Mom and wife can keep me on a busy life style and I don't like energy crashes. I have to keep up with caffeine and healthy sugars and fats to keep my energy level at a comfortable point so I can go through my day. I'm overall not a fan of this product due to the side effects but I won't beat it down because I know not all will relate the way I did. I just don't recommend it from my own experience.

This works it really targets your trouble areas and melts the fat cells while your working out. The down side to this is you gotta drink a lot of water because it drys out youre mouth.
