Sprinkle on anything, especially on flash fried spinach salad. This cheese has the best flavor. Grated parmesan doesn't compare.

The sodium in this cheese is so overpowering that you can barely taste the cheese. I can't eat this stuff

It's been out of stock for weeks, so annoying. It's great, buy two at a time and I'm on my last one, with the holidays coming up it's really frustrating!

Absolutely LOVE this cheese! Great tasting, and our family used it on things way beyond just pasta. Unfortunately it has disappeared from Sam's Club. PLEASE bring it back!

I love this stuff. Top Notch pecorino romano but Sam's has stopped carrying it. DUMB!!!
