$0 Balance - Embarrassing Gift

I use to buy these often and give them out to the kids at birthday parties and special occasions. I found out later some of them would be $0 balance on them when they'd take them to Cold Stone. Highly embarrassing!

Misleading gift card pack

There are 3 gift cards in the pack, but only 1 has an actual barcode (the others have gift card numbers only) which is not ideal for individual gift giving. Sam's would not refund the gift card purchase.

I received 2 random gift cards for Hoss's Steak and Sea House, which is not even locted in NYS. I'm extremely annoyed.
