Now is cold and flu season and it's perfect for sore throats and to sooth a cough. I use it in my tea or I eat it on its own with a spoon. I felt a difference in my sore throat right away. Honey also has antibacterial and healing properties which is probably even stronger when the honey is raw and unfiltered like nature nates honey

It is slightly less sweet than normal honey but has a wonderful unique flavor. I definitely recommend it with tea if you are a tea lover because the honey flavor is less prominent and has a nice floral touch to it.
