I was lucky enough to receive a sample of this from PinchMe and I'd have to say that it's one of the best tasting honeys that I've tried in awhile. It has just the right amount of sweetness to it and it's not so thick that you have to dig it out with a spoon. I love that it comes as a single serve also. The honey, although not really organic like the Brazilian one, has a lovely honey taste with some depth. At the same time, it is quite light and pairs well with many food items: nuts, cheeses, tea, cookies, ice cream, muffins, biscuits, toast. I prefer honey over sugar, especially when I'm making lemonade or tea.
