The consistency and taste are like real honey even though its raw and unfiltered which is more nutritious. Some other brands that are raw or unfiltered have a rough texture and taste weird, but this brand taste just like regular honey. The small packets make it easy to dispense whenever without contamination or the mess of a large bottle.

I like drinking my chicken nuggets in it even. You can taste the difference from the store brand or the regular honey bear with this brand. It has such a nice flavor. I fully recommend.

Maybe I don't eat enough honey to really be a good judge but it just tasted like a nice honey. I did really appreciate the little note on the back saying not to feed honey to children younger than one. Not everyone knows about that.
