Love that it has a removable plate for easy washing! It was the number one reason I chose this brand! 10/10 recommend!

I just wish that the temperature gauge had temp numbers instead of 1-5. But I will get used to it hopefully.

Made French toast this morning. Cooked VERY evenly, no hot spots. Also cooked on the entire griddle surface. No need to rearrange to brown on edges.

Great griddle and the ease of use plus comes clean with a wipe of a dishcloth is amazing. Best griddle i have used in a long time.
