Good not great better than TV speakers but not substantially better. Expected more. Easy to set up with Samsung TV

Sound is better coming from the tv even paired with Samsung brand tv & still the sound is disappointing!

It's only been a week, but so far, so good. Great sound!! It took a couple of calls to Samsung tech support - but they were extremely helpful, patient, and worked until we had things working. There were a couple of things you had to have or purchase (like screws to attach to the wall), so definitely read the instructions BEFORE you plan to install. Overall, very happy (especially having gotten it on sale).

Very nice sounding system. Good base sounds even on lower volumes. Seems to have a pretty good dynamic range for a reasonable simple sound bar. Set up was easy and it synced up wireless with the sub instantly once powered up. You'll not get a movie theater surround sound out of this, but it does a hell of a job in an average sized living room with no clutter and only a couple of wires. I'd definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Great for the price. I paid $220 for this sound bar and subwoofer. I really wanted Samsung so that it would go with my new tv. It turns on and off with the tv, which is nice. It works really nice. Is it it the most amazing experience? No. But it does beef up the sound. It makes watching tv and stream movies so much better. Plus I upgraded my tv from a 10 year old 52 inch to a lower Samsung model 82 inch. So our overall experience has been enhanced overall. We're happy with our purchase.

The sound is good, but we found several limitations. We could not use every HDMI port on our TV, we had to rearrange all of our connections to get it in the ARC designated port. We have also noticed that the subwoofer does not seem to put out the same intensity of sound as other soundbar systems we have. Still that may be due to settings in the TV itself.

Packaging was good and felt like a solid product. Samsung usually is a good buy. Very disappointed in the sound with no bass heard. I had sound turn all the way to 100 and bass all the way to +6 and it was horrible. Save your money up and get a better sound bar.

This was an upgrade from a 20 year-old system. It was a nice change to go to a smaller, yet more effective system. Setup was clean. I eliminated a whole pile of cables on the floor. I did have to get an optical cable to replace the RCA jacks, but it was slick. I now can even connect to my other devices with Bluetooth.

The sound was good, but the display on the sound bar died the first week I had it. I could not figure out what mode I was in. Had to guess what mode I was in. Was going to bring it back for a replacement, but they had zero in stock, and zero on order. So I had to return as defective. Bought a similar Samsung 3.1 sound bar from a competitor, and I am really liking that one.

Definite improvement over the tv speakers but not as good as hoped for. The system is hard to beat for the price so some compromises should be expected. System was easy to connect to my Samsung tv. There are quite a few built in adjustments within the programming which help. System is much better at reproducing tv audio vs music. Music is somewhat muddy.
