[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit that when my husband came to me about purchasing a new refrigerator, I didn’t think it was necessary because there was nothing wrong with our current refrigerator. However, having the new Samsung side-by-side with the Family Hub for the last couple of weeks has really been a game changer. First of all, the unit looks gorgeous and I like that the black stainless is slightly darker than older models. I love how this refrigerator seems so spacious compared to our last model and I love that the storage space in the doors is much more generous for storing the larger items. I also think that the freezer is better designed and slightly larger in the side-by-side because it is far easier to organize and find things quicker than with the chest style freezer in the French door model units where everything is stacked upon itself and sometimes you have to dig to the bottom of the unit just to get something that you need. I think that the only trade-off is that you do lose a little space in the vegetable bins with the side-by-side versus the French door model. Both sides of the unit are well-lit with LED lighting and the temperature control is excellent keeping both the refrigerated and frozen foods at the perfect temperature. The icemaker and water through the door work really well and being purified have no odor or chlorine taste. What makes this new refrigerator special is definitely the Family Hub. Being a nurse who works the 3rd shift, it’s really nice to be able to create shopping lists and leave notes and I can even draw a picture if I want to. I installed the Samsung Family Hub app onto my phone and now I can view what is in the refrigerator while shopping and see my shopping list in addition to other apps that the refrigerator offers. I really love the animated screensaver that is correlated to the current weather and shows snowflakes if it’s snowing and raindrops if it’s raining. I love the fact that I can listen to Pandora, IHeart radio, or Spotify while in the kitchen and I am amazed at how clear and how loud the speakers can get. They sound amazing and I look forward to when we have people over and can have the music playing on the refrigerator. I am an avid Pinterest user and so I was happy to see that Pinterest was one of the apps that the refrigerator offered. Now I can pull up my recipes and have them displayed on the refrigerator while I am cooking and the Internet app can take me to YouTube and do Google searches. The calendar is synced with my phone and keeps me organized and the meal planner is very useful as well. I have to admit, I love the new refrigerator and it was a great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: 1. Remoteview fridge content. You can see what’s actually in your fridge while you go out shopping! 2. FamilyHub is basically a tablet embedded in your fridge. It has a calendar, .message boards, notifications. You can connect that to your other smart home devices. You can even use that to watch video and play music. 3. Inexpensive water filter. Samsung does not add digital right management to their water filter. 4. Door open alarm. 5. Modern design, the stainless steel looks and feels amazing. Cons: 1. The shelf space is not really adjustable. 2. All temperature control needs to go through FamilyHub. No manual override inside the fridge if the screen stops working. Overall this is a very beautiful refrigerator and my family has been really enjoying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about my new Samsung French door refrigerator. It has the family hub screen on the front which is awesome. I listen to all kinds of music most the time, and I can see if someone comes to the door when a picture comes on. I also searched on Pinterest and found recipes I used. So handy! The fingerprint resist feature is the best! I have a childcare so many grubby hands touch it and it is no comparison to the regular stainless color we had. If something does get on it, it wipes right off with no smear or mark. Haven’t even used all the features it has and already love it! Only complaint is it needs a light at the water ice dispenser.

I loved the space the GE side-by-side had compared to another Samsung I used to own prior to moving. I went with this Samsung side-by-side fridge and the room it provides is even better than the GE. Not to mention, it's loaded with technology I use all the time and it looks beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the pleasure of enjoying the 26.7 cu. ft. Large Capacity Side-by-Side Refrigerator with 21.5" Touch Screen Family Hub™ in Stainless Steel and WOW is all you can think when you look at it. But it's not just pretty, it is so functional too. I've always preferred a side by side refrigerator and had been constantly checking if Samsung would eventually put a hub on the side by side, as many of their other refrigerator styles have it too. Well they finally did it and it is exquisite. The refrigerator is sleek and very modern, with nothing but clean, straight lines. I was a little apprehensive when I didn't see any outer handles on either side but that has become one of my most favorite features. The hidden, indented "handle" really helps to keep smudges off of the refrigerator. It is fingerprint less but smudges do show up but are easily cleaned. The inside is clean and big for a side by side. At almost 27 cu. ft. this refrigerator is a lot bigger on the inside than you think. Where our other fridge could barely contain our food, when we switched to this one we actually had empty shelves on both sides. The glass shelves are an adequate size and the see through bins help find what you need easily. Tall items fit with ease on the shelves or the door as there is plenty of space there. Samsung really designed the door compartments with the consumer in mind. All of our Club Size items fit perfectly. The freezer is just as spacious, with a place for everything, two drawers, and door storage too. Having the icemaker on the door really does free a lot of inside shelf space. With water and ice (full and crushed) included with the refrigerator, it has easily become our favorite appliance. Cool down was very quick after installation so we were able to start enjoying it faster. Having the camera inside is genius, I honestly don't know how we did it before. I used to have doubles of thing in the fridge that would take up space or forget to get something from the grocery store because I thought we already had it. Now all I have to do is check the inside of the refrigerator, the inner camera let's me know without guessing! I've even added pantry items to the app and have all of it on my phone. I really am happy with this Samsung side by side refrigerator and so is my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this during the pandemic and love the Family Hub, however, there is never enough ice. The ice machine produces tiny amounts and they get stuck in the machine instead of coming out, even if there is ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fridge is hands down the best fridge I've owned, it has plenty of space and a huge amount of freezer space, the fridge beeps if I've left it often to long and the door compartments hold a lot. The touchscreen is really cool! I love playing music on the fridge while I cook dinner while also being able to look at the recipe on there to. The family hub app works really well on my phone to I use the list option to get in and out of the store quicker because it automatically sorts it into sections. It's also been fun to write notes back and forth on the screen with my husband. I cant think of any downsides to the fridge!

Our old refrigerator was more than 10 years old and this new Samsung refrigerator has a HUGE improvement in every aspect of functionality. Huge storage space (we can have anything and everything in the refrigerator now), is connected...who wouldn't love a connected in the day and age..:-) we love it. The freezer is awesome, the lighting, space, and functionality, the best. Little bit about the connectedness our family calendar shows up on the refrigerator, all the great items we cooked, those photos show up in the slideshow, and beautiful music keeps the kitchen/cooking experience lovely. and it was super easy to set it up. Love it!!
