[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung refrigerator is really top of the line and comes with lots of cool features. I love the fact that it is super quiet and the exterior is finger print resistant. The best feature is the touchscreen family hub which allows us to connect to the internet and watch videos, listening songs, news, upload pictures and so much more. The refrigerator also has a lot of room and comes with adjustable shelves and is also equipped with door alarm. We all really love this new refrigerator.

we have had our fridge about two months now. the appearance is great, but functionality is less than optimal. the fridge will not hold temp. vegtables freeze not matter where they are placed inside the fridge even with temp setting at maximum high setting of 44 degrees. there are no bins for dairy and meat/deli products. the lower bins are too narrow and hard to organize. i highly reccomend you pay up for the french door model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’ve been very pleased with this purchase. The refrigerator is very spacious. I was a little concerned because it only has 2 drawers instead of 3 and less door shelves than my previous kitchen aid fridge but because of the large space it hasn’t been an issue. I do wish the ice maker had a larger capacity but I do like the smaller cubes instead of the standard rectangular ones. My kids love the whiteboard feature and the Alexa integration. I love the photo gallery and the ease of uploading family photos from my phone. I still haven’t had time to to read about all of the family hub features but look forward to exploring. I am wondering what it will be like in 10 years as technology progresses.I do wish it had larger data storage capacity.

I bought this 3 months ago and wish I hadn't. 3 major things make this not user friendly. 1. The family hub is a waste of money. The apps are difficult to manage both on the refrigerator and in the Smart Things app on your phone. The Family Hub will tell what you should do to correct the problem but then those options aren't even available in settings as it says. I've spent hours trying to make this work properly with no luck. 2. The icemaker doesn't stay cold enough to keep ice in cube form, it just turns into a chunk of ice after only a couple days. Found out from the in-laws who have Samsung refrigerators this is a common problem across the models. Additionally, the water spout doesn't allow for easy filling of water bottles. It is too deep and short and always ends up making a mess. But that's OK, the water mess can just join the ice chunk mess on the floor. 3. The organization is awful. The shelves are not adjustable and there are only 2 large drawers. It make everything in the refrigerator into a big jumble of stacked items. On the plus side, the refrigerator still works.

The only hiccup I would say when closing refrigerator door hard sometimes design is flawed to pop open freezer side slightly. This doesn't set the door open alarm off guessing because its only a crack. This causes freezer items to defrost that is on the freezer door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about a month ago. It's good fridge from what I normally used to. Quiet stays cold also helpful keeping track of expiration on food is cool too. Also being able to read a recipe right on a the screen is very helpful to. One of cons for me personal preference is that wish the water/ice dispenser had a light. Dispenser isn't complete center so smaller cups u have to watch or hold it in place and push button with other hand or it misses. The functionality and operation is good. Will see how things progress in time though.

2 faulty units ! Water dispenser and the speaker! ( Btw this is review continuing from another model) wouldn’t recommend in any situation! And I was using Samsung for 27 years . They lower the quality to the bottom.pics are take within 1 hour of installation. ( done by Samsung crew)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having the screen on the door to play music on, display pictures, write out shopping lists, leave notes, view inside the fridge. Its really great for when you are at the store of your list is on the fridge. You can pull up the app on your phone and see your list. The space inside is great! I was so happy when I placed 2 extra large pizza boxes on the shelf and they fit! Never could do that with my last fridge! I only really have 2 complaints and they are, I wish there was an extra shelf on the freezer door and the ice maker really sucks. It doesn't make ice very fast. I like having the windows open in the house but if I do, the ice hardly makes any ice to keep up with us using it. Only when the AC is on does it seem to make ice. When dispensing, it is very loud and seems to take a while before actually dispensing ice. The ice holder started getting ice forming around the holder and the dispenser gear actually started to stick. I was able to clear it but I don't think it should have done that. I also wish there was a gap or something so you could grab just a couple ice cubes or put some back when it dispenses too many. Over all I am happy with the fridge

I absolutely love this refrigerator and it is 100% worth every dollar I have spent on this. I have had so many compliments and great comments on my fridge and would not trade it for any other refrigerator. I get up through the night for a snack and my fridge is just as cool as it was before I ever went to bed. Temp stays cool day n night and I have never had any issues with that in any way. Best refrigerator I have ever owned.
