Do not buy
I bought this exactly 2 years ago and it doesn't work. How can this device do an update and install the wrong software. Now it thinks is has a flex zone. Samsung is no help since I did get a warranty from them but if it's a software issue then Samsung should help. I already had service to exchange the bird in the back and still the same issue. I have a house of Samsung appliances but they all are not worth it. Please do not buy wait until 20 years when they know what they are doing.

Great but definitely not Fingerproof
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the stainless Steel Samsung side by side with the Family Hub. It’s overall a great Refrigerator but definitely not really fingerproof. It’s more like a finger print Magnet. Have to clean it consistently every day.

Screen great, Ice maker not good...
refrigerator has a ton of room and overall does a good job. ice maker doesn't keep up with demand as it has a relatively small bin. biggest complaint is that there is no light under the water/ice dispenser. and now, i've found that the ice maker tray has a small crack in it, that is creating an "ice dam" at the base of the dispenser. small amount of water leaks out at a new ice cycle and freezes just above the door. of course we're about 7-8 months out of warranty. ugh...

Severely disappointed
Very disappointed in this fridge. For the money it costs do you think they would’ve put a little more effort into the engineering and design of this. Let’s start off with the first problem which is the water hook up line is too short so you will undoubtedly damage it if you forget it’s back there without adding an extension before hand. Next to the icemaker is pathetic. Makes ice very slowly and the reservoir is terribly small. There is no light to guide you when you are filling your water at night time. There is no butter drawer at the top of the fridge where are you put things such as butter or cream cheese or other small jarred items. And perhaps the most important and biggest disappointment is none of the shelves adjust so good luck with 2 L bottles or wine. What were they thinking?… For the money you spend there should’ve been a little more thought put into this. Will definitely not be buying Samsung in the future. If they are comfortable letting this go out to people that I am comfortable taking my business elsewhere. Will definitely not be buying Samsung in the future. MUST HAVE SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR

My 26.7 cu ft Touch Screen Family Hub Large Capacity Samsung Refrigerator, is not just a refrigerator it so much more! The side by side doors are easy to open with plenty of shelf room to store lots of food. The freezer is a nice size with a good amount of storage space, along with an ice maker that makes the perfect size of ice cubes. This is a Refrigerator that you can not only store your food but also store your family photos, schedules appointment's, leave notes, set reminders, play music while cooking all with a touch of your finger. Did someone say finger prints resentence? With 2 little ones running around touching the Refrigerator couldn't be happier with the finger print resentence. My family and friends really like our new Samsung Refrigerator every home MUST HAVE.

I been wanting this refrigerator for so so long and I was able to finally get it and when I tell you that this refrigerator is nice it is NICE. I have so much space inside. I love being able to watch TV while I am in my kitchen preparing meals. Samsung you did an excellent job when you made this refrigerator
Better than expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge when our 30 year old subzero died. My sole requirement was that it keep food cold, but the husband loves tech, so we got the “smart” one. I have to say, it is pretty awesome! I use the hub much more than I thought...love that everone can add to the shopping list, which I can access on my phone, and the calendar is finally in a place where everyone can easily see it. And my kid watches youtube on it, lol. The recipe app is nice for trying new things. And it does actually keep food cold, also.
Amazing features and storage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter's and I were so excited to receive our new Samsung refrigerator. This new model has so much storage in the freezer and refrigerator with the deep drawers. The automatic cooling system is so nice too! My daughter's love the Family Hub for drawing on the memo board to uploading family pictures in the app, which shows up on the large screen. I love the Family Hub with all the apps, like smart recipe, able to create grocery lists to transfer to my phone through the app, and listening to Pandora while cooking! I would highly recommend purchasing this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had missing parts when delivered & water/ice filter defective causing to leaked water at the bottom & damaged wood floor. stainless steel finish can easily scratch even just sticking magnets into it.compressor way too loud than can be extremely difficult to bear especially when evereyone is sleeping at night time.waited 4 weeks to get it but store says it will be delivered in 3 days after purchase.up till now, i am still awaiting for the replacement parts that suppose to be included. called samsung and was told that still processing order everytime after got cancelled numerous times.despite of all the horrible things i have been through with this ordeal, i would still give SAMSUNG products and services a second chance to earned back my business and trust. thanks everyone for taking time to read my review. The hub alone offers so many great features to simplify daily chores, shopping and extra little bonus in music as it is equipped with a speaker. Everything keeps cold evenly as it supposed to. I can go on and on. Definitely would recommend this product.
