[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought refrigerator 6/10/20, delivered 6/17/20, family hub is fun and all was great until 9/7/2030 when we woke up to refrigerator and freezer not working. It took 2 days for repair man to come so needless to say all good was loss (I’ve been told Sumsung will reimburse us for all food lost). The mother board was replaced, but still did not work so they are giving us a new one, but will not pick up this one it’s mine to dispose of and we’re on day 9 of no refrigerator and freezer. My opinion is I don’t need the bells and whistles of the family hub as that is what controls the product, so if it goes down we’re out of luck. Not hopeful on replacement.

I kinda wish the ice maker was a larger capacity but I do like the extra space in the freezer because the ice maker is small. No big deal really. I love the calendar feature where my whole family can see it. Foods are staying very cold in the bottom or the top of the refrigerator space. We love it.

Love this side by side refrigerator. Plenty of space for my family of three to keep things at the perfect temperature. Family hub also reminds me when to change out my water filter, plays music when I am cooking and also provides a wide assortment of recipes. Happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sleek technological marvel was a welcome addition to our home. In comparing the side-by-side model to our previous French door type, we found that the side-by-side was much easier to find items in the freezer area versus the French door chest like freezer. The icemaker was excellent and the water filter made the water taste great. The refrigerator and freezer were both spacious and keeps food at the perfect temperature. The appropriately named “Family Hub” did exactly that in the sense that family members were leaving notes for each other, shopping lists were being created, meals were being planned, and the calendar and to do lists were helpful for the entire family. It really became the command center for our household. While anyone can have a great refrigerator, what put this refrigerator into the next level and a big step above the competition was certainly the technology of the Family Hub. Only Samsung developers would come up with the idea to include a 21 inch beautiful LED screen that gives the customer the ability to include photos, messages, recordings, Pandora/Spotify/IHeart Radio, calendar, shopping lists, the ability to view inside your refrigerator while at the store, Ring capabilities, and so much more. Bixby is similar to Alexa and is very useful for voice commands. I love the morning brief and the ability to pull up the news by voice command as well. Once you download the Samsung Family Hub app onto your mobile device/phone, this gives you the ability to do many things with the apps while away from home such as leaving notes, checking contents of the refrigerator with the camera function, uploading photos, etc. I look forward to new apps in the future from the Samsung development team as more and more companies try to get there apps included in this amazing Family Hub. One thing on my wish list would be for the Ring app to automatically open and display who is walking up to the house rather than have to tap the screen to do this function. All in all, I don’t think I could ever go back to a normal refrigerator. Great job Samsung!

I love that I can watch my cooking shows while I'm cooking and that I can utilize the Ring app to see who's at my door without leaving the kitchen. The ability to use the Smart Things app to see inside the fridge when I'm shopping is just awesome. The ice dispenser works nicely once my husband figured it out. My only wish is that the ice dispenser was larger. It seems very small for the amount of space that is available. My family loves the family hub. I can enter all our important events on the calendar, my kids can draw and I can leave messages for my family all within the Family Hub. Having the ability to make a shopping list on the fridge screen and have it mirror itself on the app on my phone is so very helpful. I love Samsung and their products and would recommend this fridge to anyone and everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have a ice maker that doesnt repair guy came fix it he left it didnt fix it been trying for over a week to get someone out here with no luck have called samsung mulitple times. i was going buy samsung washer and dryer but dont think i will now becuase of this my fridge isnt even a year old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice solid looking and feel of a fridge. I wish there was more lights installed in the interior of the fridge. The camera feature is pointless. Poor quality image and viewing angles. Everything at this point is just cosmetics. The touch screen is beautifully integrated. Would be nice to have access to other media apps (i.e. Google apps, hulu, Netflix, etc.). Looking forward to see how long the ice maker lasts before we need to get it replaced.

I gave it some time to write my reveiw..I am very impress with the innovative technology of the internet, checking the inside of the refrig while I was at the grocery store to see if we were out of something..I would definitely buy this type of a refrig again..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not your every day fridge. Yes, it freezes, it cools, it has lots of fantastic storage space. But it has so much more! Samsung, you have outdone yourself on this one! It has almost been 2 weeks since the fridge was installed and I am in love! The technology included in the fridge will wow you! It is like a tablet capable of feeding and entertaining you! Perfect shelving on the inside, sleek, dark look on the inside and technology at your fingertips! Preloaded with many much needed apps. A must have in the kitchen! I enjoy walking into the kitchen just to admire this fridge. It was very helpful with finding recipes, adding things I need to buy from the grocery store and telling me a few fun facts for the day. I can see the weather without even touching the screen. That is just the outside features that have me excited! The inside is just as fantastic. All over cooling is a plus. Everywhere in the fridge, the food/drinks are the perfect temperature. Deep shelves for all sorts of foods. A lot of condiment door space as well. This fridge does not disappoint. No one can keep their hands off of it in our home!
