Defender is a great tire, could not have picked a better day to replace my Wanglers. Felt like I was driving a different truck with the Michelins final on, quite, good control, ride that feels like your floating. Only draw back to me I always felt like I was driving 10 MPH slower. Had to keep my eye on speed until I adjust to them. Highly recommend.

Just purchased these tires after much time reading various reviews on the internet. Wanted a tire that would offer all season reliability and still provide good traction on snow and icy road conditions. Here in Colorado they do a great job clearing the roads, but I often leave early in the mornings and it can be dangerous. We had our first snow of the season about two weeks after having these installed, and they were fantastic. They tracked extremely well in about 4" of fresh, wet snow. I never felt out of control of my vehicle. This is exactly what I was hoping for when I purchased these tires.

This is my second set of Defender LTX M/S Tires. Stayed with this Michelin brand because of their reliability in all kinds of weather and the durability I have experienced during my (2) cross country trips. Reliability and durability equal safety which is important when it comes to my family.

This is the third set of LTX M/S I've owned and I will not ever own anything else! These tires are perfect for my truck ,long interstate drives or getting a little mud on my tires makes no difference with these babies! My dad always taught me the two most important things on a vehicle were the tires and brakes. He also said your going to get what you pay for, which I didn't always follow his advise. I took the cheaper route and it always cost me more in the end. LTX Michelins will out last and ride smoother then any tire on the market and thats why this guy will never buy anything else.
