We have had the massage chair for about a month now. I am happy to say that it is a purchase we do not regret. These are the pros and cons. You will notice there are certainly more pros. For reference, I am 5’4”, 135lbs and my husband is 6’1”, 225 lbs. This information is in case a buyer is concerned about whether or not they are too large or too small for the chair. Pros: Packaging-the chair came in pristine condition Smell-like a new car Look-sleek and stylish (already getting lots of comments) Bluetooth speakers-perfect location and sound Charging station-convenient Chair positions-the options of zero gravity is our favorite Heated roller-it seems insignificant but this feature makes a difference. Sometimes you love it and sometimes you don’t want it at all. The option to turn it off or on is wonderful. Air bags-the customizable air bags for wide to narrow shoulders allows the chair to make any user feel like they’re getting a hug Foot massage-Not all the preset massages include foot massage. We love the option to turn it on during any function. The multiple rollers result in a massage that mimics closely a foot massage given by a person. Rollers-the rollers can be adjusted to give a strong shoulder and glute massage. We were pleasantly surprised with how well they work. Preset massages-so many options. We enjoy trying out different massages and finding our personal favorites. Cons: Arm massage-The air bags are designed to run parallel to the air bags for thigh massage. This puts them too far away from the user to reach them. This is the only reason we did not give the chair five stars. However, if a person often intends to use an electronic device while in the chair, this would not be a problem. User Manuel-Not a problem really. More of a suggestion. The setup instructions are spot on and easy to follow. The description of the various features of the chair leave a lot to be desired. I would love to see Titan include a link to a video that explains each feature and massage preset in a bit more detail. I don’t think we are getting the full experience of the chair because we just don’t know enough about all of its features. Shipping-We had a terrible issue with shipping. We had to make many phone calls and emails before we received our chair. I must say that the issue was with the carrier. Both Sam’s and Titan did all they reasonably could to help us receive our chair. Those are the cons. You see the list is short. It’s a great chair. :) All in all, we would buy this chair again. Our pain has decreased, our workouts are stronger, and our sleep is better. We have recommended it to several of our friends and they are looking into buying their own after trying ours out.

Love everything about it... the pressure, body scan works good. The only thing we wish was better was if the arm air bags weren't so far down. We feel like you have to reach further than what's comfortable to have the airbags hit right. Also, occasionally the foot rest falls off, it's easy to put back on, just needs better attachment
