My disappointment is genuinely immeasurable and my day is ruined. My family and I have been proud Kinder spice mixes for years now, the lemon pepper is bomb and I haven't seen any real misses from this company until now. First I tried it in the morning on my eggs. One bite tasted like my eggs had been poisoned something clearly wrong that was overpowering it even smelled weird. I'd assumed I'd done something wrong maybe too much bacon fat or maybe a shaving from the pan got in the eggs I wasnt sure. But later that same day I added some to the water in my rice cooker and after a few minutes that same noxious smell was emiting at full Blast I had to wash the rice off quickly. I was honestly scared that I'd developed some kind of cilantro esque aversion to garlic but after asking others in my house no its this spice. The smell of garlic is extremly powerful stinking up any cabinet or room its in maybe to mask the sourness of citric acid (i see the vision of that but it failed here) and the failure that is the brown butter flavor (maybe we have an old one and it went bad? maybe this needs to be refrigerated?). Maybe this is one of those cases where the concept is so simple and easy to do with real ingredients (garlic and butter on a stovetop) but in trying to make a dehydrated version there's some roadblocks. I don't know but regardless just terrible.

Smelled up my house so badly I had to wrap into two bags in the trash to get rid of the stench. A horrible fake butter smell.

If you mix this with dirt you would eat an acre...I can't express how good this is. Vegetables, beef,pork EVERYTHING!!!
