Normally I'm a Japanese or at least Oriental man first, TexMex second and so on, but this made me a huge fan of pork and potatoes. On a pork roast, this sinks deep in the meet. On baked potato, it is supreme. We even used it as a quick shot on the edge of pizza to make the crust taste twenty times better. It is now a must-keep-in-pantry item we panic over if we can't find it in the store.

I heated up Thanksgiving leftovers and made a small pot of fresh gravy with stock. I sprinkled some of this Brown Butter Roasted Garlic into the boiling pot.Mmmm.. How could I go wrong? Well… this made it taste sour! Ruined our meal. It contains CITRIC ACID. Why? I should have read the ingredients. No Bueno.

This seasoning is so good. Like the other reviewer says, does it smell great? Nah. But it's silly to rate it based on smell alone. This stuff tastes magical. It's a nice balance of sweet and garlicky. I've eaten it on most of my meats over the past 2 weeks.

I personally didn't think it added much when cooking a dish, may be better as just a salt type addition after serving.

I thought it would be like browned butter and more garlicy. Instead it tasted like movie theater popcorn seasoning.

I love this brand of spices! This one have been amazing on everything, especially burgers. So tasty, I have recommended it to several people at work.

Definitely taste the brown sugar. It has a mild, caramalizing taste. You do have to add a bit of salt. I've only used it on chicken.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this seasoning!! Great buttery roasted garlic flavoring without turning on the oven.

This is a interesting addition to my seasonings. I'm happy with the flavor it bring. Especially to my meat dishes.

These seasoning with vegetable!!! So so good I only roast my vegetables and this seasoning is all you need.
