How Did I Ever Live Without One

I love it. I have problems eating enough fruits and vegetables, but now with the NutriBullet it is no longer A problem. I am having a ball finding different fruits and vegetables to juice. I have to have one first thing in the more. This is the best addiction ever. My blood pressure dropped from 200/90 to 149/66 in only two weeks. It no longer goes up and down. I am on the road to perfect health. I would highly recommend it. If you don't have one, you are missing out.

My NutriBullet is leaking brown sludge

I have been using the blender for a few months and I have been using it rarely. I enjoy how nice my smoothies are. However, I noticed that it leaks a brown sludge that looks like rust/oil at the bottom/near the motor mechanism. Even though it doesn't mix with my food while I blend, it gets all over my hands when I open the jar and possibly could mix with food then. I realized it is some kind of rust that gets leaked in the form of oil when the blender is functioning. Is there a way this can be fixed ?

Great power, Great Performance.

The NUTRIBULLET PRO is powerful enough for my smoothies and does exactly what it says it will do. I previously had the NutriBullet and used it everyday for my smoothies, it worked well for two years then died. I got this Nutribullet Pro as the replacement and the first day I was impressed with its power and love that it comes with a larger cup so no spill over like I had with the previous (because I packed it too much). It has been two months and I am very satisfied with this product.

You cannot use nuts

I have been through three gaskets now and have discovered that the problem is me using nuts, when the advertising clearly shows and states using nuts is one of the benefits of the higher wattage unit. I do not recommend this unless you don't use nuts, maybe avocados - those were in some of my smoothies, too.

Impressive!

I got this for Christmas and I love it! I use it every day, and am very impressed how versatile it is. I usually make smoothies, but I have also used it to grind dry dog food for my weaning puppy. The NutriBullet blends better than any blender that I've owned.

Short lifespan

I bought my nutribullet almost a year ago, and it seems to have lasted longer than many I am reading about. But like these reviews, mine too started leaking. So I started using the bigger cup, thinking I was simply overfilling the small one. I thought the problem was solved, but now the blades are almost impossible to engage. When I am able to get it going, the unit doesn't want to turn off. I have to unplug it. I will attempt to contact customer service, but I do not have time to play tag with them. I simply will not buy another one. Nor will I recommend this to anyone. Very disappointed.

Fantastic customer service!

I have LOVED my NutriBullet since I bought it almost 2 years ago. I bought 2 more for family members. When I started having trouble with my machine, I emailed the company. I received a phone call the NEXT DAY. They sent me a new unit at only the cost of shipping! Absolutely thrilled with the product and the service!!!

Doesn't Last Lon

I ordered the Nutra Bullet off the TV last year, made several smoothies and decided I liked my Blend Tech Blender better. So I put it away until three months ago when I started drinking bullet coffee. I blend two cups of coffee every morning with coconut oil and whipping cream. (Nothing strenuous on the motor) it is the perfect size for my coffee, my blender is too big. Last week the Nutra Bullet started leaking out the bottom. I ordered new blades, which came very quickly but it has no gasket. I tried to use the one from the old blades but of course it doesn't fit! They are not interchangeable. I am very disappointed that it didn't come with a gasket and there is no place on the official website to order just the gaskets, so this product is unusable which is really too bad because it is perfect for my present needs. I have read many reviews about how the product does not last. I wish I would have read them before the infomercial sold me on it.

good unit to make healthy smoothies

I bought the NutriBullet 900 - the second generation with a bigger 900 watt motor. Now there is a 3rd generation that makes soup, so I may get that one. What's great about the NutriBullet is the easy clean up. You drink your smoothie out of the container you made it in. The only thing that can't go in the dishwasher are the blades. I would like to know how often those should be washed, as I tend to use the NutriBullet everday and not hand wash the blades very often because I use the dishwasher most of the time. There is one design flaw. On the tall cup the "fill" line is at the same height as the smaller cup. So if you follow that printed line on the cups then you put no more ingredients into the tall cup than you would the small cup. So I fill up the tall cup to the level I think is OK for the machine. The booklet they sent is well produced. But there is one discussion missing which is important to some of us. There is a line of thinking in nutrition that advocates proper food combining. People that follow this don't mix fruits and vegetables together in the same meal. I would lke to see this discussed by the nutrition expert who pitches this product - David Wolfe.

It's no Osterizer for sure

I was going to wait a full year to post a review of the Nutri B LEAN. But since I am having issues at just under 8 months of less than normal use I figured I'd share. I am careful and I know not to under or over tighten things. I understand the rubber gasket between container and Blending unit needs only to be snugged to work. Well, Both my wife and I have had major leakage where the blending motor unit gets very full of ingredients. Yes there is a Drain at the bottom but not enough to keep this area from getting disgusting since it cannot be submerged. Second issue is that The light on the button that changes color to let you know whether you are in run mode or surge mode has gone dark. I have a 35 year old ostersizer (Galaxie) Blender that was used often for many years.10 years ag I started to blend up my morning concotion DAILY. It has never failed me. And has no way to leak on the internals. Not sure why my wife bought this gimmick. It looks cute, although it screams something scary when it's running. AND it has failed her in 8 months.
