No dry ingredients like seeds or coffee!

Commericals and demo's always show this being able to grind coffee beans, almonds into flour, etc but the instructions state to NEVER use without liquids (cold or room temp, never warm or hot liquids) as this will cause damage and void the warranty. This is ridiculous and doesn't make any sense. When I called to ask about this I was told that isn't true and the 900 watt 'pro' model doesn't need the milling blade either, only the 600 watt regular model does. Except the manuals for both tell you not to blend dry ingredients at ALL!! What is going on with this?!? I guess I'm returning and buying a different blender!

I use it daily

I will say that I use my NutriBullet daily as it is such an easy way to get my 6 to 7 servings of fruits and vegetables. It's quick and easy to use and not as bulky as my Kitchen Aid blender. Also easy to clean. On the downside, my product did not include the recipe book (not sure why - do I have to get this on line?). Also I find even the larger cup to be a little on the small side. I have to really limit how many fruits/veggies I put in there for fear of going over the 'max line' - I wish it was bigger in size. Also, not sure what happened, but after a few days of using it, I found it very difficult to press down the cup into the power base and twist it to start the blending action. I think something got stuck as I'm still having problems with it. I have to push down and twist with all my might.

Definitely recommend

Last week on Wednesday I bought a Nutribullet 900 Deluxe. It is quick ,easy to clean and does the job well.It will cost more electricity to use because of the higher engine but you will only use in short cycles. The cups are big and it has a resealable lid. It is super fast to make my smoothies and it blends fruits and vegetables very well. It is a little noisy but it does not take more than a few seconds. Would definitely recommend this product to others.

Wish I had my old one back

I updated to this model because it had more power than my old one. I screw the top on as tight as I can get it and the top loosens during mixing and leaks everytime down into the base what a mess to clean, and I don't think it blend very well I still have whole chunks in my smoothies. Wish I hadn't got rid of my old one it blended better and didn't leak.

NutriBullet app doesn’t work very well

I just bought but will be returning the NutriBullett as the key selling point is the app to use when making recipe and tracking calories, sugars, carb etc.. The app has significant issues so accurate information isn’t available. If you build a recipe and don’t actually consume it there is not way to remove the entry. If you add a recipe to you app it adds the calories as if you consumed it. If you do use the delete feature it delineates the recipe and ALL instances of that recipe. I called NutriBullet and was told the issue would be escalated to the programmers. That yes, I was right the app was buggy and had issues. Then I looked at App Store reviews appears these issues have been known for a long time. If you are going to track something you need to provide a way to edit, delete and correct mistakes to keep the data/information correct. This app doesn’t do that.

Great Machine!

I have been using this machine for about 4 months and it has been working great. You just have be careful not to over fill the jar. If you over fill the jar too often you will burn out your motor, as you can hear the motor straining when there isn't enough air space at the top of the jar. The owner's manual also clearly specifies not to over fill the jars. Which brings me to my final point. The only reason why I did not give the machine 5 starts is that it did not come with the larger jar, which I had to order separately, in a kit that came with another spare regular size jar with handle, a lid and another blade assembly.

Do NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I bought this product last year and it worked well for about a month. After that the area on the reverse of the blades started rusting extensively, to the point if it gets wet it drips rutsty water into my smoothie. No matter how tight I put the lid on the lid often comes off during blending (cup is not full) and spews smoothie all over the blender and kitchen. It is a hot mess. The little pins on the side of the cup are also dissolving. I had a Magic Bullet before this and I never had issues with rust or liquid spewing out of the cup all over while blending. It is a mess to clean up when there is protein shake everywhere and I am very disappointed in this product.

Problems, but.....

We had problems with the Nutribullet Pro. It worked great at first, but after about a month it started smoking and giving off a strange smell. We returned it and with the refund bought the original one because we loved the product. I know at times. products can have glitches. We've had the original for a while now and it has been working great. And, I just ordered the newest one the Nutribullet RX. I can hardly wait to use it.

Truly disappointed

Hate it!

It screams, it smokes, it leaks. It blends fine if you wear ear protection, use it under an exhaust fan, and figure out a way to rinse smoothie out of the motor. If I had it to do again, I wouldn't get one if they were giving them away. It is so disappointing that I am writing my first review ever!

Powerful machine.

I love the Bullet. Only one problem. You have to tighten the top so much, so it wont leak when "grinding". What a mess. After time I know I will be having to order a new gasket as this one will be so crushed that it wont seal.. You should have included an extra gasket in the box. After all, what would this cost you?
