I purchased 2. Soon as it was delivered, I started hearing reports of people getting injured from the blade. So I was afraid to use it and so was my daughter. I purchased the previous model in 2014 and loved it. Bought the new one because the old one got lots of use and became hard to push down and eventually broke. So, I have since re-purchased the previous model again (3 actually) since it provided me such great performance. Note: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. The older speed was sufficient. If my shake was too thick, I split in 2, added a little more water and another spin, then it was perfect. This machine did not need to go faster. Frightening. So my rating is because I did not use this version. I was afraid to, so I can't place a higher. Previous version = 5 stars.

bought because needed a new one like the product a lot , I train for extreme athletic events and use daily , in make protein shakes with an assortment of fruits and veggies . the only issue is the putting the blade cap on it cross threds very easy then tough to get it off also leaks when that happens

I bought this Nutribullet Pro in June of 2014. It was very noisy from the first time I used it. Today it bound up and I am unable to use it. I called nutribullet and they told me that I have no coverage even though I registered on line 2 days after I bought the unit and have a 15 month warranty. I have E mailed and faxed all my papers to them

I use the NutriBullet to make my veggie/fruit concoctions on a daily basis. It works very well for the most part as far as getting everything blended together. Clean up is relatively simple and the overall apparatus is easy to handle. I have a couple negatives: 1. The seal around the lip of the blade apparatus doesn't always seat well and there can be some slight leakage. This has only happened to me a handful of times so it's not a huge issue. 2. When I press the plastic container into the NutriBullet, one of the white tabs that is supposed to recess when pressure is applied is extremely resistant. I have found that I have to take the handle end of a butter knife and manually press that one tab down before I set the plastic container onto the NutriBullet. I am worried that if I try to press too hard with the plastic container without adjusting the white tab first, the clear tab on the container that is contacting the resistant white tab on the NutriBullet will snap off. The other white tabs press down easily as they are supposed to.

I am not happy with my product. It leaks unless the blade is so tight that you cannot twist it off. I am not happy about the lack of capasity. Themax line is so far down from the top that if. I like to make a batch enough for two days and cannot do so.

Got the item on time. It is perfect for my daily smoothie. Is very easy to use and wash. Would have given it 5 stars if they added portable small size mug with it. The jars r quite big. But is perfect and makes upto 2.5 smoothies in one go. Pretty much using with all veggies n fruits..no issues so far!

We purchased the NutriBullet Pro 900. August 2014. A wonderful additon to healthy living. The NutriBullet is easy to use, easy to clean. We truly enjoy the NutriBullet. At least once a day we have a great juice made out of fresh vegetables and fruits . Thank you so much.

I'm getting vitamins and nutrients I've never gotten before eating foods and vegetables that I've never eaten before. the recipe book is totally inspiring on eating other different types of nutritious Foods. Real good investment for my health and Future

I was hesitant to buy NB for the higher price, and I even bought a cheap blender to try it out. It broke in two days. I returned it and bought NB instead. And the difference is like night and day. While the cheap blender took minutes to properly cut everything, NB takes like 10 seconds to blend the ingredients into a delicious smoothie. It's so fast you can easily use it every day. Just make sure you always have some fresh fruits and vegetables stocked in your kitchen!

The NutriBullet Pro will pulverize pretty much anything you put into it, within reason. Compared to my old, dead Ninja, I don't have to deal with half chopped walnuts or chunks of banana any longer. Cleaning is easy as long as one immediately rinses the blade assembly. I've only had one leak, before I figured out that the blades must be screwed onto the container very tightly. I have two main issues with the NutriBullet: 1) It's ungodly noisy. I literally wear concert earplugs while I'm using it so my ears don't ring afterwards. 2) If the ingredients are too thick then they won't mix properly. My wife likes to make thick smoothies with a lot of frozen strawberries and the Bullet just couldn't get it moving enough to grab all of the ingredients from the top of the container.
