On my dealers recommendation, I purchased 4 of these in 21” for my 2020 Volvo XC60. Immediately I noticed a hollow droning sound whenever I went over bumps on the road - it sounds like I’m driving on 4 over-inflated inner tubes. I came from a long history of a competitors tires and never had these sounds coming from the road. Highly unimpressed so far. I gave two stars due to the fact that when there is a smooth patch, they are very quiet indeed. The droning is so bad, I’ll definitively have to find another set to go with.

As soon as it rains this tires are dangerous to drive. I experienced 9 set of tires (from different companies) throughout of my driving life and I have never seen tires this bad. It hydroplanes a lot. Vehicles becomes impossible to handle. Dangerous to drive.

I have the Primacy Tour A/S 245/50 R 20 V102 as stock on my 2021 KIA Telluride SX-P AWD. I took delivery of my Telly on NOV. 3, 2020. I now have 72,455 miles on these tires. Last month I rotated the tires and the treads measured 5/32". I am now looking at replacing them with the same tires. I have been completely satisfied with these tires.

These came on a new Ford Bronco Sport I purchased in late June of 2021. Already need new tires for winter. They didn't even make it past 30,000 miles of highway driving. Very disappointed in the product. Was excited when I bought the vehicle and saw Michelin tires on it because I thought they were the highest quality... now I need to buy all new tires. They didn't make it anywhere close to the 55,000 mile tread warrantee.

I bought these in 2021 and will never purchase again. They ride horrible, especially over any slightly rough-ish roads or bumps it feels like you’re hitting your actual wheel. I have had them checked several times to make sure they are inflated correctly and good condition because the ride is so bad and have been told the tires are fine they are just not smooth riding. I have them on my 2016 Honda Accord and cannot wait to change them out!!

I am very pleased with these tires. I am surprised to read reviews about the tires wearing out quickly. I have almost 30,000 miles on my Genesis GV 70 and and have lots of tread left. I drive a combination of highway and city. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I wish road noise was a little quieter.

I recently bought the Primacy™ Tour A/S tires for my Tesla Model S, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Although Michelin's website notes the Primacy Tour A/S won't fit on my 2017 BMW 440 xi, the exact sizes [225/40R19 and 255/35R19] I require were available. ?? My local Michelin dealer wasn't familiar with these tires, and had to special order them for me. The good news is I received fresh 2020 manufacture DOT codes. After just a month, I'm delighted with the new tores, as they are quiet, stick well on wet roads...and even light snow! Michelin even makes the sidewalls with rim protectors to avoid curb damage. I couldn't be happier.

I had these tires installed on my 2019 Lexus NX300. The tires have been balanced twice and aligned. I have an annoying hum at 30mph. I can feel it through the steering wheel. I totally dissatisfied with these new tires. My tire shop doesn't have an answer. I cannot continue to drive with tires that emit this hum.

Bought these tires only 10 months ago, needing one replaced already. Hit a nail and am told it is slit and needs replaced. Problem is that we cannot find one in stock. It has been over a week and I need my car. Tires are not even a year old, why can’t we get replacement. These tires are loud and can be rough riding. At first rotation I was told they are wearing uneven. Took it to dealership and was told alignment is fine. I feel like these tires are lacking and have caused me to possibly reconsider buying Michelin in the future.
