I recently bought the Primacy™ Tour A/S tires for my Tesla Model S, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The ride is incredibly smooth, and the tires are very quiet, which makes for a peaceful driving experience. They handle really well and provide excellent comfort, even on longer drives. So far, everything is going great, and I'm really impressed with the performance. Highly recommend these tires for anyone looking to enhance their car's ride quality!

Purchased in 2022 and these ride exceptionally smooth and quiet in great roads but on rough and bumpy roads they are the worst for this price. You can feel everything on the road and my poor car stares at me! If you are living in a place with super good roads, hands down you will be happy with these..

On my dealers recommendation, I purchased 4 of these in 21” for my 2020 Volvo XC60. Immediately I noticed a hollow droning sound whenever I went over bumps on the road - it sounds like I’m driving on 4 over-inflated inner tubes. I came from a long history of a competitors tires and never had these sounds coming from the road. Highly unimpressed so far. I gave two stars due to the fact that when there is a smooth patch, they are very quiet indeed. The droning is so bad, I’ll definitively have to find another set to go with.

After getting 4 new tires my vehicle is a dream to drive. My wife and I wanted to keep the same tires that we had when we bought our vehicle new 2 years ago, so there was never a decision as to the brand of tire. After getting 4 new tires though the vehicle has the handling it did when we first bought the car again. Safety and performance was our major concern and we are elated. Thanks Michelin

Tires supplied from factory on XT6. Test drove vehicle on freshly replaced road/highway and was very quiet and smooth. After driving over a variety of roads the next few days after purchase these tires are extremely LOUD and very hard. Feel and especially HEAR every pit/pebble/ripple in the road. On one stretch of my daily commute these tires cause the body “drumming” endemic to body-on-frame vehicles. Even though both Cadillac and Michelin recommend 38 psi, lowered to 30 psi to check difference. Absolutely no difference. And did I mention they are LOUD/NOISY?? Have run Michelins almost exclusively on all my cars and this set is NOT up to Michelin standards. Will be replacing immediately.

Primacy Tour A/S came stock on my 2020 Kia Telluride. Less than 40000km or 24800 miles and they need to be replaced. Worst all season tire I have ever used. They had little to no grip in the winter months on an all wheel drive vehicle and with this pre mature wear I would definitely look elsewhere.

These tires came stock on my 2021 Ford Mach-E. Tires are now completely worn at 55K and need to be replaced. There's no way they would ever make it to the 90,000 kilometer range claims. I am quite disappointed as Michelin has always treated me well on all my past vehicles. I'm now obviously in the market for replacement tires and my confidence in the brand is now in question. I also work in the transportation field and I'm responsible for a large fleet of truck/trailer tires which typically we would purchase Michelin but at this point I'm not so sure we should.

I was originally sold Cross Climate 2 tires for my 2021 Lexus 350. Those tires are for snow climates or a non-luxury car. I immediately noticed my car rode rough (it always drives smooth!). Michelin customer care was fantastic and walked me through to process to get my tires replaced under the 60 day satisfaction guarantee—no hassle. I got Primacy Tour A/S replacement tires which was recommended for my car. Now, it rides like butter again. Thank you Michelin!!!

They came with the 2021 Ford Escape that I bought new in 2021. I check and inflate as needed every month as required and the outside edges of the tires are wearing through to the first set of plies. Very disappointed with only 45,000 miles. I've had original Michelins on previous cars that got me 70-80,000 miles.

I have the Primacy Tour A/S 245/50 R 20 V102 as stock on my 2021 KIA Telluride SX-P AWD. I took delivery of my Telly on NOV. 3, 2020. I now have 72,455 miles on these tires. Last month I rotated the tires and the treads measured 5/32". I am now looking at replacing them with the same tires. I have been completely satisfied with these tires.
