I bought this surface cleaner in October, 2020 and used it once. Did fine job and I put it away for the winter. Now if I try to use it, water comes out with no pressure, it just trickles a little bit.

Used once. Pulses. My pressure washer is clean. Nozzles work. This surface cleaner pulses. I completely disassembled and backwashed all parts. Still pulsing. Worked well when it worked. Disappointing. Wasted time and money.

This worked good just once. After that the thing doesn't stop spinning and coming loose & wobbly all the time. It is now useless and broke my pressure washer gun.

I tried a 14" different brand. It did not perform like I thought it did. I took it back and purchased the Karcher 15". It was a ton better and this saved a lot of water.

I did not realize how dirty the driveway and patio had become over the years. Smooth easy to use with our pressure washer. I never knew this existed and makes cleaning the patio enjoyable. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was extremely pleased. After all the name Karcher holds a lot of weight in itself. pretty easy to connect to the power washer. It took a little getting used to with the speed and all. the only issue I see is that it does not remove the dirt properly, it only loosens it up so at times I had to go back with the power washer wand to clean ups the driveway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product and think i'm using it slightly different than most people but it works very well for my siding. This is a great tool to have if you're using a pressure washer because it keeps two nozzles at a pressure that won't chip away paint and or leave lines. The bristles are also hard and help clean, my only knock would be it could be slightly lighter. All in all, very good product.

The first time I used it it worked very well for an hour, then the nozzles apparently partially plugged up. I unscrewed them and flushed the unit. It works fine now, BUT the plastic nut keeps loosing up, because, by design. the water connection is off center. The resultant moment loosens the nut.

I just received this Kracher 15” surface cleaner as a gift and I'm having problems with it constantly vibrating when using it, I know how it's suppose to work because my friend has the same exact one with no problem whatsoever and that's why I wanted this surface cleaner. I think it may be defective, please help me resolve this issue. I know this is a good product be I have used the same exact one before.
