Bought this last month but just getting around to using it. Started on the patio cement and about 5 minutes in the large black panel nut kept coming loose. On the next day I went to use it and on the initial trigger pull one of the threaded jet nozzels went flying out from underneath and no way to find it. All in all it would be ok for an electric presure washer but i'd keep it away from any of the more powerful gas ones.I think i will need to find a more durable surface cleaner if I want to have it for more than two jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was extremely pleased. After all the name Karcher holds a lot of weight in itself. pretty easy to connect to the power washer. It took a little getting used to with the speed and all. the only issue I see is that it does not remove the dirt properly, it only loosens it up so at times I had to go back with the power washer wand to clean ups the driveway.

This surface cleaner works great for the money.As long as you use 2000Psi or better pressure washer..check out its reviews and demos on YouTube ..

Worked like a charm. Was able to clean the driveway and sidewalks with ease. Seems to be well made and will use for years to come.

Came apart within the first 10 minutes of use. I retightened the nut on the top and inside but it continued to come apart.

I bought this earlier this summer. Seems to clean better than other brands except for needing to stop every 20 mins to tighten the plastic nuts. Does Karcher have a recommended fix for this annoying problem?

Used the product once so far. It made quick cleaning of our patio. MUCH faster than using a nozzle alone and great results. Anxious to see how the product holds up over time.
