I have bought organic medjol dates twice at Publix and threw them away because I personally didn't like the taste. These Organic Medjol Dates from Sam's are delicious. This is my 3rd time purchasing.

I've bought these many times. They're sweet and easy to eat. Sometimes I remove the pit from some, and chop them up for a salad or a stir fry. They add sweetness in a better form than sugar. Excellent product.

Two or three every morning on a empty stomach , highly recommend health wise , nutrition, fiber and easy way to start the day with busy life style , check them out ,

Perfect taste and not dried out like others I've tried. They say they last for over a year but they won't last that long in my house. I try to eat two or three a day for the extra fiber.
