I did quite a bit of research concerning the differences between DVD- vs. DVD+, found that Verbatim recordable DVDs are highly rated, and decided to try them. I have been very pleased with the results of my first successful three attempts of recording from old VHS tapes for personal viewing!

These DVD discs have always worked great with no problems. The only negitive remark I have is that Walmart needs to package these better when shipping. This is the second time I purchased these discs from "Site to Store" and each time the base of the spindle was broken thereby not allowing the cover to lock into place.

I never get a recording error when I use these. I've used them for several years, and would rate them above the brands which were recommended by the DVD recorder's manufacturer! I always got errors with those brands. Thank goodness I found Verbatims on sale once, and I never went back!

I was happy to find that Walmart still sells quality DVDs. I know the DVD will be joining cassette tapes and VHS tapes shortly, but I was happy to find Verbatim DVD are still available. These DVD are of very good quality and the price Walmart charges is very good.

Great deal - 100 for twenty bucks. If price shown higher hold out for a sale. Good quality. Stored and packed well for minimal damage, but in 100 disks expect 3, or so, defective disks. To be expected, but still very good value. No decay one recorded and no recording distortion. Overall great product and superb price. Definiteky a value purchase.

So far, I have used approximately 50 disc and only 4 were unacceptable to my DVD recorder. That is not so bad. Except, you think that you are capturing the moment and there is nothing there. Camera would have been better. I am pleased. I have hope the rest of my disc are ok.

the only thing I didn't like was my center plastic spindle was broken,possibly during shipment,item was picked-up by my wife,so I was not able to checked the contents till they got home the following day, all my CD looked-OK( some were scratch,when broke-open !)

Dvds didn't copy. It doesn't show in picture but they're AZO discs that don't work with my program. Didn't mention it in description either. Very disappointed because i had to return and find what i needed elsewhere.

I purchased these Verbatim AZO DVD-Rs because of the great price at Walmart.com. However, when I tried to burn using these discs, I had a failed burn about halfway through the process. I tried it again with the discs, and another failed burn. I went to my old stack of Memorex DVD-Rs and the same job burned perfect, no problems. I can only assume these discs just wont work with my existing PC setup. My burner is about 5 years old, Pioneer brand, and has a 99.9% burn success rate. I almost never have problems. I returned these Verbatim discs and bought the 100 pack of Memorex DVD-Rs for a couple dollars more.
