I had to call to find out that my tires had arrived. Because I was unable to reach the tire department in the store, I was transferred to your national call center where a very nice lady I could barely understand told me the tires had arrived in the store the day before I ordered them. As far as the ordering and the installation process in the store, it went very well, and the price was much better than other shops where I checked prices. In my opinion, you need to develop a process to notify the customer when an order arrives at the store.

I bought these after recommendation from tire pro at the store

I purchased these tires and had them installed a couple of weeks ago. I previously had Michelin Defenders on. These were a bit more economical however the ride isn't quitw as smooth or quiet. Overall they are a decent quality for the price.

They never install the tires. I waited for 2 1/2 hours for nothing.
