Being diabetic I miss chips and cheese puffs that are just too high in carbs. These are delicious, only 70 calories and 9 carbs! They weren't available for months so when they came in again I got 2 boxes!!

So good!!

The sour cream and cheese puffs are good. The bbq are a little to smoky flavored. Was not what I expected from Sensible Portions.  Had other items they made that were really good.

Okay snacks

These are great if you are looking for a low calorie snack.  I am on Weight Watchers and a package of these are only 2 points.  They taste great, too!

Perfect for Weight Watchers!

Very delicious! These puffs basically melt in your mouth and they’re bursting with flavor! I think I prefer these over the veggie straws as they’re a lighter snack.

Delicious puffs!

Not what my kids were expecting. I thought they were being picky when they said they didn’t like them (after begging me to buy them.) They complained that they weren’t crunchy. After trying them myself, I discovered they were rather chewy giving an almost stale texture. It was off putting. We will not be purchasing the puffs again. We love Veggie Straws at our house and will be sticking with those in the future.

Disappointed

These are great if you are on a weight loss journey.  I would love this item even more if all the packages were cheese.
