I love these cookies, but the it was supposed to be a two pack. When I received the package there was only one box of cookies.  What a ripoff.

It's a need

This would have been a great deal if I had actually received a twin pack like it said it would be. Instead, I only got one box of shortbread.
I phoned my local Sam’s and they said I would get a call back about it but instead I got an email saying my order was arriving that day which was then updated to say arrived However, that was the one  box that I already had.
I went into the club and customer service didn’t seem to know what to do, or gave the vibe I was untruthful. Eventually, I was given a refund (although I haven’t seen it on a bank statement yet.

Shortbread tasty but only one box not two.

If you buy these Walker's Shortbread cookies in retail stores they come in small packages and are high priced.  This is two large packages for less than the price of a medium size box in a retail store.  The grandmas will be thrilled to get them as they rave about how tasty the cookies are.
