Just got it so can't comment on quality or longevity but one min made a full cup of coffee too hot to touch the cup or certainly drink right away.

The microwave looks great out of the box and works well, but the buttons quickly cracked. After a few months, the microwave works but with how poorly the buttons are holding up, I worry about how long we will be able to use the microwave.
