Runs big

The material is very good quality and I really like that it’s stretchy. I went up a size on the sizing chart. According to the chart I am a small. I ordered a medium just so that tank top wouldn’t be snug. Well, it fits, but it is really tight around the hips. So I’m going to have to order a large…and I’m nowhere the size bust of a large.
