I have been driving and buying tires for over 50 yrs and these LTX M/S are by far the smoooothest riding tires I ever had. I could feel the difference in 2 blocks. I only have 200 miles on them so I have to wait and see how they last. I only give them 4 stars because I just bought them. They are NOT cheap but I think they will be worth it.

Did the reasearch and selected this tire sight unseen for my Ford Expedition. When I saw the tire in person I was concerned the aggressive tread would be noisy. So glad I didn't. The Defender LTX's are the quietest tires I've ever owned, and have excellent grip dry, wet, and even in snow.

Extremely smooth. quiet and great rolling resistance. they coast beautifully.

I will give traction, durability, performance, handling and noise all 5 stars.

Very happy with the ride compared to previous manufacturers tires.

10% of the tread is left at 30,000 miles. No way it will make it to 70k miles. IMPOSSIBLE!

Only tires that I buy....Michelin Defenders. Number one tires for SUVs!
