These Eddie Bauer Hiking Shorts are a great addition to the active person's wardrobe! The shorts have about a 4" inseam which makes them not too short but also not so long that they are unflattering. The shorts are cool and quick dry and they do not wrinkle badly!

Soft stretchy stylish shorts. These shorts are stylish but comfortable. They remind me of athletic wear or golf shorts. They allow for movement and aren’t too tight. They are the right length and are not to short.

Just received these so comfy the length is just right I am a petite at 5 feet. They fit very well. The material is just enough stretch. The waistband is amazing. It has an elastic band that has the great amount of fit.

Absolutely love these shorts. They are great for travel, they don’t wrinkle. They are lightweight and dries very quickly. They are extremely comfortable and I could definitely wear them every day. I will be ordering more colors.

Eddie Bauer hiker shorts are made out of great fabric 96% spandex. So lots of flexibility to the shorts. They are also UPF 50 rated. Seem true to size and wash beautifully. The pockets would be my only problem with these shorts they “pooch” out and I really dislike the look.

As much as I love the Eddie Bauer products Sam's carries, i must say, side by side I'm very disappointed Eddie Bauer! The quality is sub pare and i could tell as soon as i put this year's pair on. 1st of all there is no button closer, the snap on the 2025 shorts feels like its going to rip the material! The snap on the 2024 shorts on the side pickets is way better. That being side there are no side pockets, no belt loops, no double stitching on the hem and the waistband is also eh in the 2025 version of the womens hiking shorts. Also the back pockets are different and all pockets are not as useful. Useful pickets are always difficult in womens clothing. I still like the lightweight, quick dry fabric. The shorts are comfortable. The cream 2025 shorts are a bit see through so I need to size up and also tje cut of the front pockets make me want to do that as well. I sure hope Eddie Bauer reads my review and can return some of the good quality they are known for. I have side by side pictures but don't see that i can upload from my phone review.
