Sometimes it takes awhile to realize there are products that paying alittle extra for up front return far greater value AND performance over the long term. Michelin LTX M/S - LTX M/S2 tires examplify that truth. After several sets of supposedly "quality" 6-ply tires for our Suburban used to pull our Airstream trailer and having a tread separate on the last set while towing at 55 mph on a very not day in northern California, we installed Michelin LTX M/S tires and have nothing but good things to say. First the Michelin tires DO NOT LOSS AIR PRESSURE between our trips like the previous "quality" tires did. Second the Michelin tires are more round AND required minimum wheel weights to balance. Thus the ride quality is far superior to the previous "quality" tires. Third even running the same 75 or 80 psi as done previousily with the other "quality" tires in the rears on the Suburban, the stability of the Michelin's is far superior. Bottom line, I have recommended Michelin to all that will listen in our Airstream group and many are making the switch as I did. FYI we recently purchased an Yukon XL to replace the aged Suburban with over 200,000 miles and had the new LTX M/S2's installed. We own 3 vehicles (1 truck & 2 SUV's) & use the Michelin LTX M/S on all of them. We rotate them every 6,000 - 8,000 miles & have always gotten many more miles out of them than is listed. The LTX M/S is outstanding in the snow! We live in a rural area with lots of hills & curves. My husband's job requires him to be on the road before snow plows ever clear our back roads & he loves the traction they provide. Very smooth ride too!

Have been a loyal Michellin customer. These tire out performed by expectations for miles and ride quality. I was able to get 85,000 miles with limited rotation. The tires still had 5,000 to 10,000 miles, but with winter coming, it was time to change. Will always stay with Michellin.

We have been in business since 1933 and have used Michelin tires on our business vehicle since 1960 as well as a our personal vehicles. They have always exceeded our expectations regarding longevity, superior quality and excellent ride. Riding down the highway, little or no "tire noise". We carry a large amount of weight hauling our product. Michelin tires handle well with the load while still providing a smooth ride and safe braking.

Can't complain one bit. My 2009 Ridgeline came with the LTX/MS tires and I'm just creasing 55,000 miles. They show little wear. Rotation and pressure are key to long life as well as sane driving habits. They have a smooth ride and great handling under load. I have Michellins installed on all my cars and wouldn't put any other tire brand on them. Good job Michellin!

I purchased this tire in 2020 shortly after cupping the OEM Firestone Destination Tires with less than 30,000 miles. I sold the Jeep Wrangler in May 2024 with over 101,000 miles on the vehicle. 73,000 of the last miles were on the Michelin Defender LT MS tires purchased in 2020. The tires were still serviceable with 5/32 tread depth remaining.

I have a 1998 GMC Suburban. After I wore out the factory tires at @ 25,000 miles that came on this vehicle when I bought it new. I then decided to get Michelins, from past experience. I have over 180,000 miles on my truck. I am on my second set of Michelins and still going strong. I get a consistent 70,000 to 75,000+ on these tires. You do get what you pay for absolutely. My new LTS M/S tires look much better than the sample picture Michelin has posted. The sidewalls have a nice look and the tread looks better. If these tires get the miles that Michelin claims, and if all the positive reviews I have read are true, than I may be one happy new tire buyer. I will let you all know if I get the 60k+ miles in a few years.

We have the Michelin LTX 245/70-16 on a Nissan 4x4 Pathfinder that replaced the stock 255/65-16. Had the tires on the vehicle now for years and 40,000 miles. The tread looks like it will last another 40,000 miles and wears very even. The sidewalls are extremely rigid and must be puncture resistant. We live in a area with lots of potholes and new construction, so nails and debris is common on the road. My wife gets nail punctures very often and I don't so I have to think the deeper thread blocks and inner lining of the Michelins must have something to do with it. Where we live when it snows they don't clear the roads, so I only drive the Pathfinder then because the tires have really good grip on show and icy roads. They are way better than the OE tires, I am very impressed. If there is any negative complain I would say they do ride harder than the OE tires, they are very quiet but you do feel the road surface more.

I do a lot of driving in all kinds of weather and road conditions. Michelin Tires have never let me down, steady and true in a rainy downpour and reliable traction in snow and changing road conditions. Since I usually have children along, their safety is top priority. Thanks to Michelin Tires, I have never had any trouble on the road.
