I have done a lot of research on the role of probiotics in weight loss and this forumula contains the best strains for that. There is also an appetite suppresant effect, probably from the green tea extract. It does cause a slight sense of "rot gut" similar to old diet pills, but it's not a sick feeling and it does keep you from eating too much. Today is day 4 and I am hopeful going forward. My biggest complaint is the size of the pills! It's always hard for me to swallow pills and these are like horse pills. I'm trying to compensate by taking them with some applesauce. Like I said above, so far - so good.

I haven't seen any differences, with this product ,I will not buy it again.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This product is really effective. I felt great about the results and how quickly it worked. There was no side effects that I noticed either.

I have taken for 6 weeks and it has not done anything, no weight loss or improvement in digestive process. I started with 1 per day then upped to 2 per day. May work for some but didn't for me.
