I especially noticed how soft our bath towels have been and how much cleaner our clothes are. As for quiet you can hardly hear it running. I absolutely love this machine.

It's quiet, easy to select whatever type of washing you like for a particular load of clothes. The dryer is also perfect! I can also select the specific needs of the load, and it's functions better than I could have wanted. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. Also, the use of it has NOT caused my electric or water bills to increase!!

I made button silence because I sometimes use it night time after my family fall asleep, it’s very good. My son 3 years old can press the button and start it by himself. Load size is big enough for our family. We enjoy it!

Do not order if you cant pick it up in the store. The company they use to ship thesebhas an extremely limited delivery schedule and they wont commit to a time until the day before the scheduled delivery. In my case i had to call them the day before and ask why they had not scheduled a time and they told they had to reschedule the delivery for the next week and still could not give me a time. I then cancelled my order.

I bought this washer 2 weeks ago and I cannot tell you how dramatic the improvement is from our last machine. This is our first front loader and this a family of 5 we are constantly doing laundry. This thing can handle huge loads and all the clothes come out clean and fresh. Bedding and sheets too! I highly recommend

No more stuffing the clothes in ( which of course they don’t clean well when compacted). Lots of settings and choices of wash cycles. This washer is super quiet too. I can’t believe just how quiet is is - even in the normally load, spin cycle.

I bought this almost a month ago. It's a GREAT product. No problems using it love all the options, just have to get use to new buttons. Alot of reviews talk about it spinning uncontrollably, we had this problem. My husband didn't remove the shipping bolts from the back(cause he didn't read the directions)! Once he did it was fine never moves and incredibly quiet!

PURCHASED A DIFFERENT BRAND BEFORE BUYING MY LG WASHER AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.(THE OTHER BRAND HAD AN IMPELLER AND DID NOT GET MY CLOTHES CLEAN.) THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT GIVE 5 STARS WAS BECAUSE I NEEDED THE DOOR TO OPEN TO THE RIGHT INSTEAD SO IT'S CRAMPED.

I loved my LG Tromm so much, it was such a workhorse, and it lasted forever - I never had a service call on it in the 17 years that I owned it! Knowing that I knew I had to get another LG machine. I decided to go slightly bigger in capacity so I can do bigger loads. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. The speedwash function takes only 15 minutes from start to finish - great for those items that don't need such a lengthy wash, and the machine is so incredibly quiet - I didn't even know it was on! I have not been paid for this review, and I have not received the washing machine free for a review.
