The only reasons I am not giving it 5 stars is that after a couple weeks of use, the door vent feature didn’t open as much and the dishwasher gives off a chemical smell when running. Otherwise it’s amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it for about 3 months. The thing really gets the dishes clean, better than any other washer we have had. It is also extremely quiet, like silent! The WiFi connectivity is interesting, I have not turned it on from my phone yet but I get notified when it completes a cycle. The only thing that we don't love is the racks aren't the best for loading dishes. There isn't a lot of intuitiveness to putting the dishes in fortunately there are only two of us so we don't have a lot of dishes to pack in there. All in all happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are quite pleased with our new dishwasher. It is extremely quiet and does a good job cleaning the dishes. The timer display on the front of the unit is very useful. While I did not think I'd use the wi-fi accessibility, it is actually a feature that I have found useful to make sure that a delayed start actually started. We were also pleasantly surprised when watching our Samsung TV and a notification popped up telling us that the dishwasher was done running (we didn't do anything other than connect the dishwasher to our wi-fi network). It took a while to figure out exactly how to load the dishes in the racks to avoid some dishes coming out dirty, but overall this unit cleans very well. It even handles very dirty pots/pans like a champ!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I love this new dishwasher. It is such a wonderful addition to our kitchen and makes the space look great. The front of the dishwasher is clean looking with nothing on the front but the countdown timer of the current cycle running. The top of the door has the buttons on it for programming the cycles that you wan't. It also has a button for sanitizing as well as heating up the water. This is a nice feature as it takes the water at our sink next to the dishwasher forever to heat up. Now it just does the heating for you. If buttons aren't your thing than this dishwasher has you covered. It is Samsung SmartThings ready and can be added to the app easily after connecting it to your wireless network. Once it's in SmartThings you can pick what cycle you want from there, start the wash, get notified when the cycle is finished and more. It even gives you info in the app on how best to put your dishes in for the best cleaning. Inside the dishwasher there is a lot of space. There are two main drawers. The bottom fits plates as usual but also allows for bigger pots with fold down plate holders. It also has a boost zone for better cleaning of those extra dirty dishes. It has two silverware baskets that are removable in that drawer as well. The upper is setup for both cup and bowl washing, as well as wine glass cleaning. Above that is a flex zone area of sorts. It can handle bigger utensils like spatulas, as well as big knives and smaller one's to. Lastly but not least is how quiet this thing is. Holly cow is it nice to have something that doesn't require leaving the room to have a conversation. We had another dishwasher brand prior to this and it was only a couple years old but it is so loud you can hear it throughout the house and it vibrated the walls. So far we are very happy with this purchase and glad to have it in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dishwasher could only be run overnight or while we were gone, it was SOOO loud! This dishwasher can be run at anytime, and you don't even know it is on. My teenage son has the chore of loading and unloading the dishwasher. Prior to receiving this dishwasher, he would constantly encourage us to use paper plates. Many times he would have to run the load 2 or 3 times to get them clean, and everything had to be "pre-washed". Now he can't wait to load and run the dishwasher. But he is still a teenager, so he still complains about having to unload it, I still haven't found a dishwasher that will unload itself! On top of it being quiet, it cleans the dishes and flatware so well, it makes me want to rewash everything I own, because it is just that good! The Stormwash feature is also great and works just as it was intended. I made a big pot of chili for Sunday dinner and place the cooked on pot directly in the Stormwash zone, unrinsed, and it came out sparkling clean! The 3rd rack feature for utensils was a feature I didn't think I would care about, but now that I have it, I love it! Makes it so easy to go in and grab exactly what you need with them all laid out, rather than just all tossed together in a basket. However, if you do prefer a basket you still have that as an option too.

we've had this dishwasher for over 18 months and it hasn't worked since the second week. repairman came out and said nothing was wrong. the linear bar does not always move and clean the bottom rack. very disappointed in samsung's service and quality of this dishwasher.

This one is so quiet I have to put my head next to the door to verify it's actually running. The dishes are super clean after the cycle with no issues after about 8 months of use.

have had two repairs made and two replacement dishwashers within less than a year. samsung refuses to pay for the replacements to be re-installed even though the issues are clearly due a manufacturer's defect. first set of issues was due to water leaking out the front door (with both the initial dishwasher and its replacement). then on christmas day it randomly died mid cycle, less than two months after the second replacement dishwasher was professionally installed. but when it actually works, it is whisper quiet and does a great job at cleaning and drying the dishes. if only it didn't need to be worked on every 2-4 months it would be an amazing appliance...

I was looking for a dishwasher that was quiet and had a top row for silverware. This dishwasher is that and more. I can be in the kitchen with it running and I have to turn and look at it to be sure it is on that’s how quiet it is! I never pre wash dishes and they always come out clean!

I installed this about a week ago. This is a very quiet dishwasher which we love. The black stainless steel finish makes this a great looking dishwasher. The second rack is adjustable is a plus and we love the 3rd rack for our large utensils. Would absolutely recommend this product to all my friends and family.
