[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start firstly by saying how beautiful this machine is in the black stainless! It really is sharp! Now on to the functionality of it...... It has many features but my favorite are the 3rd rack and the folding rack tines. The bottom rack’s tines can be folded down to fit larger pots and pans without the risk of bending anything. The 3rd rack is nice for your larger serving utensils and would be a dream for baby bottle pieces (wish I had this a year ago). The third rack has an adjustable center that goes a bit deeper than the sides which is nice for sippy cup lids, sports caps, etc. The sides are lined with little nubs and slots for just about anything. They really hold onto things without them flipping or flying around to the bottom. I’ve put sippy cup inserts on there and smaller container lids that have stayed put every time. The silverware caddy is also nice for straws. The holes are smaller on the bottom so they don’t slip right through. The middle rack is also adjustable up and down which is nice for taller things like sports bottles and such. I’ve only used the normal wash setting so far as that’s all I’ve needed. My dishes have come out clean every single time. I also use the drying setting that allows the door to pop open at the end of the cycle and I haven’t had a problem there either. Some of the plastic cups with curved bottoms hold a little water but I expect that. Everything else I have found to be dry. I use a rinse aid as well. You can also delay start for as little as 1 hour up to 24 or use your SmartThings App and handle it all through there. I don’t regret getting this machine one bit. It does everything I need plus some all while looking great in my kitchen!

biggest piece of junk that I've ever wasted $1,000 on. And the only thing worse that a dishwasher that keeps breaking down? The horrid (non) support from Samsung. Surprise, surprise, there are no 'authorized' warranty repair providers within 50 miles (I'm in a major metro area, it's not like I'm the only house on the end of a dirt road on top of a mountain)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dishwasher was struggling and every time a cycle finished the dishes were all wet and never dried. The cycles for this dish washer are around 2.5 hours long, which are a lot longer, but we usually run it at night anyways and the dishes are always clean and dry, we love it! The adjustable middle shelf is really nice for when we have larger pots and pans. The zone booster is also awesome for when we have dirtier dishes. So far everything we've put in the zone booster side has come out sparkling clean! Improvements? I wish the middle rack had more adjustable levels. Currently there is only an upper level and a lower level, there isn't a middle level. With the lower level you can fit much more on the top shelf, but our plates won't fit in the bottom. At the upper level you can fit only smaller dishes on the top, but the bottom shelf has lots of room. A middle level seems like it would be perfect. Overall: We love the dishwasher, it's a significant improvement from what we had before and we plan on taking this dishwasher with us if we ever have to move.

i have to have matching appliances and was deciding between bosch, whirlpool and samsung. absolutely love our samsung kitchen! the biggest reason we considered bosch is because of our previous experience with a dishwasher - i didn't think it could be beat, but this dishwasher does. it's quieter than our bosch was. you literally cannot hear it running standing right next to it. it cleans better and the third row tray are terrific as is the flexibility in loading options. (in all fairness, the bosch was about 6 years ago)

If watching television on my Samsung TV, it seamlessly notifies me that my dishes have finished right on the TV! I little notification pops up. The shelves adjust in many different ways to accommodate different loads of dishes. Everything comes out sparkling! I highly recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Looks awesome, Buttons are hidden, Super quiet, Energy & water efficient! This dishwasher has exceeded my expectations. I have an open first floor and this dishwasher allows me to talk at my dinner table or watch TV in my great room without being distracted or hearing it run. I love the integration with Samsung SmartThings as it allows me to change wash settings and run my dishwasher at night or when i am not home. The linear wash system cleans my dishes thoroughly and does not leave spots. I love how the door is automatically ejected after the wash cycle is complete this really aids in quick drying. The construction of the washer looks and feels solid, there is no wobble or flexing when I open the door. Overall I am extremely happy!

I bought this dishwasher due to dB rating. What I have found is it is the quietest dishwasher ever made because it is never in operation. I bought this unit approx. 16-18 months ago. Right out of box, the upper (glass ) rack was a problem. It just slid apart and all the ball bearing fell out. A Certified Samsung Tech came out & replaced the guide rail. This led to a leak around the nuts holding the rail in place. Tightened and fix. Here I am nearly a year later and literally less than 10 cycles use (in my basement) & the same problem has occurred. Of course, it is out of warranty now & it means absolutely NOTHING that this a a repeat problem. Not, to mention the fact, that others are having this SAME problem when you read the reviews. This is either a build issue at Samsung or a design issue as it is not very robust. What is the point of adding "functionality" if you can't use the functions or the unit b/c it is constantly breaking? Don't worry, someone online will be quick to point out your warranty situation and help you with an appointment you can pay for. Even better, they will recommend you fixing it yourself. On the bright side, if you ever get to use it, it is very quiet & does clean the dishes well. However, it is less reliable than my kids.
