Works great

Very Quiet!!

Died just after two years

Died just after 2 year warranty. We used it 2-3 times a week but didn't last very long. Family of two people and very gently used. Getting LC error code like others. It seems like a manufacturing defect.

So far, so bad

Have had this thing for 3 weeks. Dishwasher was installed by SAMs (subcontractor). The feature which is supposed to release the door near end of cycle to aid drying does not work. Dishes are not always entirely clean (slight greasy feel). There is an odd electronic buzzing sound near the middle of the wash cycle. SAMs says I need to contact Samsung for service. Even with their "keep your place in line" callback feature, I need a block of 1-2 hours available in order to talk to Samsung, so haven't been able to make it happen yet.

Delivery/installation a nightmare but good product

First off, the delivery and installation company (XPO Logistics) was a nightmare. They continually made mistakes and rescheduled the delivery and installation. Once I finally got the dishwasher delivered and installed, the top rack left-hand rail fell apart. Not wanting to wait for the installation company to come back out and repair or replace the dishwasher, I simply repaired it myself. Now it works great. My only complaint is that the "upper" (i.e., middle) rack only has two positions on its height adjustment. The upper position makes it too high and dishes run into the top (silverware) rack. The lower position is too low and you can't fit tall dishes into the bottom rack. It would be nice if there was a middle position.

Fantastic dishwasher! Extremely quiet. To the point the dirt couple times used, I had to put my ear next to it to hear it running. Does a great job cleaning the dishes and will even notify you (via app) when the cycle has ended. Order process with Sam’s Club was great from start to finish! I was kept well informed of the delivery date and times.

Need help!

Auto door open stopped working only after a couple of cycles. I’ve reprogrammed it numerous times and still nothing. HELP!!!
