It sends a notification if there’s a problem & when it’s done. I can also check the status in the app. ❤️ It also looks great but I would recommend having your local plumber install it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is top-notch! It cleans very well, and considering my previous dishwasher was 20 years old, it blows it out of the water. The dishwasher is whisper quiet—you barely even know it's on. With my large open-concept kitchen and family room, it's easy to watch TV in peace while the dishwasher is running. FYI if you have a cabinet in between your dishwasher and sink, the installers will not install it. You'll have to get a plumber.

we purchased dishwasher in jan 2021 and paid extra for professional installation. since then we have dealt continually with issue of water not draining completely out of machine. first time, the company moved our lines around. this did not fix the problem. now we are being told that the pump on this dishwasher is not strong enough to push water all the way out of machine so water runs back into the bottom after cycle finishes. the recommendation is that we bring someone back out and move all my lines as high up as my cabinets will allow. this was not an issue with previous dishwasher. the only time i can get the samsung to drain completely is when i run a rinse cycle only. if it can drain completely on that cycle why not a regular cycle. definitely would not recommend.

It was a welcome change over our old dishwasher, which required us to turn up the TV volume when it ran. The racks are well laid out and adjustable. It is easy to maintain. If you want to be notified on your phone when a load is done, the wifi connectivity allows that; otherwise the app connectivity feature does not have a lot of use. Overall we are very happy with it.

the dishwasher stops opening. the automatic cycle will turn off the dishwasher after about 15 minutes. i have already had it repaired twice and the problems just come back. i love the samsung phones but i will never buy another samsung appliance. they are garbage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We redid our kitchen and bought the whole Samsung Tuscan appliances. I love each one of them. Dishwasher love the top rack and it’s so quiet. Stove love the air fry option and the fact I can turn on and off with the wifi connect. Fridge gotta say I love the family hub. Lastly the microwave it’s roomy looks nice works well.

received fast, no problems so far. very quit. nice and modern design. i had to give a dishwasher to my contractor to install. the center of the front panel could be protected better. i had to add protection myself to avoid scratches. overall it's nice.

Waste of money. Manufacture defect. False Design on spray arm & very very faulty. We had issue after 15 days of buying this. The spray arm gets attached to the water outlet & keep falling. They could have made upper tray and spray arm attached together rather than 2 separate part. Manufacture defect and very bad on design part. They sent the representative and they told it’s a physical damage . Guess they either don’t know what’s the issue or how to resolve the issue. They put blame on customer. Where as it totally shows manufacture defect and cheap plastic used by Samsung which is unacceptable. Be aware customer. DO NOT BUY THIS.

It looks great in my kitchen. I love that it automatically opens the door at the end of the drying cycle to enhance the drying capability.
