Fabulous product. Fluffing requires a little bit of time since the foam is vacuum packed. It was much easier to get into the cover than I anticipated. My teen daughter loves it!

We are very happy with this product, we didnt realize it would take a week to become full size but it was tottaly worth it. Even now, when you flip the bag, it is as if it is brand new! We are considering buying another one for the rec room!

Arrived on time and was packaged well. My kid likes it a lot and sits in it all the time. The chair compresses down after sitting in it for a while and could definitely use more filling.

Ours did not come with a cover. We didn’t realize that was the issue until we had already opened the beanbag and fluffed it at my son’s college apartment almost 2 hours away. By that point we could not easily transport it due to size. Sam’s will not provide a replacement cover. Our options are to return or exchange which would be a huge inconvenience. The other option was a $20 partial refund. My son said he would just keep it and throw a blanket over it but I’m really disappointed. We have made a lot of big purchases from Sam’s but now I will be hesitant going forward.

It is the correct size, but it needs more filling. It is not near as full as the picture projects.
