HORRIBLE

Hard to review because shipment arrived days late (after event) and roses were disgusting. Other than the beautiful scent, these garden roses were a mess. Heads drooping, petals brown, almost every stem lost ALL of its petals within 3 hours of being unpacked. Unpacked within 30 minutes of delivery, fresh cuts and into 5 gal buckets of clean water. Three hours later we had rose petals (all over the floor) not roses. VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. We were shipped not a single stem we could use!

These were the prettiest flowers. Turn them upside down and spin them quickly in the palm of your hand to open them more. You want them open all the way for full beauty. Maybe even get them a day early.

Very Short Life

My roses arrived in disappointing condition, likely due to a shipping delay. The blooms were limp and wilted right out of the box. I immediately trimmed the stems, placed them in fresh water, and kept them in a cool location, but unfortunately, they only lasted about one day before the heads drooped completely. I’ve ordered flowers from Sam’s before with great results, so I suspect the quality issue this time was related to the extended transit time rather than the usual product quality.

Very disappointed

The flowers came in two diffrent orders One came a day before I wanted them and not very fresh. By the time I started working with them they were semi wilted. The other order was held up in customs and was not handled properly. They were totally dehydrated. Some of them fell appart while I tried to handle them. None of the heads were perky nor stiff. They were extremely open and soft. No matter how I tried to make them drink. I ended up saving a dozen in one bunch and 24 in the other bunch. I had 10 broken heads. Total dissapointment. I sent pictures and have not had an answer from customer service.
