The packaging was excellent and insured no damage during standard shipping. The clothing and materials used for them are excellent and great colors. The base is of good size to prevent tipping over. The 32 inch height is not too tall nor too small. I feel a pair of these bracketing a doorway, fireplace, or such would be perfect. The decoration feels well put together until you move the jaw. The jaw opens oddly and at an angle. It is difficult to tell in the picture. The wood is softer and definitely not be good for cracking nuts. It's a good thing this is for decoration only.

I was very impressed with this handsome Member's Mark Wooden Nutcracker Soldier. It was very well packaged, lots of styrofoam kept him secure in shipping. He is a solid nutcracker and very well made. He is a tall 32" with a very detailed jacket. It has cords as fringe on his shoulders, decorative ribbons of rust and cream on his blue suede like jacket with a tan woven belt with buckle. His shirt is a darker blue velvet with a brown leather fringe along the bottom. The knee length pant is of the same suede like fabric as the jacket, as is his hat. His legs are glossy black with shiney shoes. He has flowing hair and beard, with a painted face. He is holding a wooden staff with a tiered cream colored fir tree, with a decoration of berries, leaves, and pinecones, tied with a brown velvet ribbon. There is a blue wooden handle in his back that opens and closes his mouth.The base is a subtantial piece of wood that is permanently attached to the nutcracker.

This nutcracker is a perfect addition to my holiday decorations made of wood and brightly colored. He stands as tall as the back of our couch and will be out the entire holiday season. He is sturdy and has a perfect size base that he is stable on carpet.

Love this nutcracker! Its huge! I cant decide to keep it inside or out. Great craftsmanship and quality at a great price! It looks like a very expensive piece. I would definitely recommend and would suggest buying two!

Wait for this collection every year and never get disappointed. They are always made so well and the colors are always so nice and bright. The grandchildren always wait to see the new ones added to my collection. Yo won't be disappointed with these.

Fun and Bright Nutcracker is well-made and adorable. Different from any others we've seen. If you are a collector this is worth adding to your collection. Bought two more as gifts for our collector relatives. So darn cute!
