Seems a few people would purchase this again for a small gathering 3.5 out 5. I think the price point is the highlight for this one. I might purchase it for a picnic wine in the future.

OJ and it made a unique taste as did Italian Blood Orange Soda which really changed the taste up. Using this wine as a mixer jazzed up the flat flavor and gave the drinks a newer crafted pop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried a buttery Chardonnay and I will say they captured that description with the Robert Mondavi Private Selection Buttery Chardonnay. The aroma was very pleasant with florals, fruits (could not single one out a fruit), warm vanilla and creme brulee (my favorite dessert). When it is nice and cold it hit my taste buds with a really balanced flavor of apples, graham crackers, and oak. The finish was very buttery which surprised me and I didn't expect some of the complexity in the flavors that I got. I felt the buttery finish smoothed it out and it had less of an acidity finish. Found this is great with cedar plank grilled salmon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Robert Mondavi Private Selection Buttery Chardonnay is a very creamy but dry wine. It smells like a baker's pantry. It has hints of vanilla, spices and oak. We had it with some mediterranean salad. I think it would also go great with chicken or maybe even a fish. It has a bit creamy texture as for a dry wine but it is really worth trying. Served chilled on a warm June evening. What else can you ask for?

The flavor was nice and and yet complex with notes of vanilla, spice and oak. It had a nice buttery finish to it. I really liked this one, and had paired it with cheese. board. I believe this would be best fit with a nice rotisserie chicken. This is a great summer pick!

The taste is buttery, and sharp, The finish is clean with hints of oak. This paired well with a dip made with asparagus and artichoke served with crackers. I was really impressed with the butter notes, a quality chardonnay.
