Initially my mom spotted this gem in the jewelry case but the customer service in store is a compete joke now, used to be so much better before. So I ordered it online and I love it. It's substantial & 14kt gold. Not electroplated as another reviewer mentioned. They were completely wrong. It's really nice, I wish it came in rose gold and white but I'll take yellow for now.

I have never been disaapointed with Sam's club jewlery and this necklace was no exception. The finish and look of this paperclip chain was amazing. It has good weight and the links were the perfect length. It is beautiful by itself or layered with other necklaces.

Exactly what I was looking for ! Looks beautiful on and have received so many compliments. It’s lightweight ( as most of them are) and the gold has an eye catching shine to it. I bought a 20 inch that makes it easy for me to adjust as a choker or to let the full 29 inch drape down . Definitely a great buy !

The piece is nicely made but not the weight it was advertised. Very thin and delicate in my opinion.

Clasp is difficult to open and keep open. Keeps popping shut. But what is really irritating is the hole is too small in length and diameter to put clasp into. Once you do get it in you have to manipulate it so that you can remove it. It does not make a difference if you put it on or off in front of you or behind. The clasp is defective. I ordered 3 different sizes and all going to be returning them all. The 20inch length was the best operating.
