I saw the 4pc set online and fell in-love with how beautifully it looks, so I decided I wanted to get one but before I made this purchase I contacted Sam's Club customer service to make sure that they'll bring it indoor to put it in my screen porch she said yes of course I won't have no issues she also said theyll even contact me before my delivery I was happy to hear that. I never got a call all they did was sent me a email of the date and time Friday the 14th between 8am-8pm. I still had 4 days before my delivery so I did'nt want to jump to conclusion and I took customer service word that they'll deliver right where needed so, on yesterday the 14th, before 2pm this white freight truck comes and been I have outdoor cameras I noticed one man struggling with 1 huge heavy box and a medium box getting it off the truck, I'm now worried because I'm saying to myself how's he going to lift these large items by himself plus he was struggling to even get it off the truck I watched my camera and saw he's leaving the box near my garage door so I ran out quickly and ask him if he's not bringing these items inside he said nope he does not work for Sam's he's independent and was told to drop off only and he could never take it inside alone. I shake my head and told him I refuse delivery and to return it back because as a woman and disable I have lower back problems etc, I can't lift anything. He took it, I called Sam's club and complained they said is more to pay for them to bring inside and I should've see it online when I was purchasing I told customer service theres nothing online shows to pay extra for delivery unboxing and bringing inside. If that was the case I would've chosen it and the initial call before placing my order she lied to me about them bringing it inside. I guess ill go to the Sam's club this time to place my order and make them put in for delivery and unboxing, lifting placing it inside and pay the fee, which I didn't mind paying.

I spent months looking for a patio set. I finally decided on this set because of cost & all the pieces you get. I first like everyone was a little shocked by how low profile it is. Once you put the cushions on it looks great & normal. The cushions are super thick& will go the distance. The color I love bc it’s a light tan linen looking color.

We bought this set a month ago, and we have been absolutely pleased. It is incredibly comfortable, and the couch is so long that it easily seats 4 people. The set is sturdy, and the covers are nice and thick. We shopped and shopped for what we wanted, and we have had no regrets about this purchase. I only wish it had matching end tables for the coffee table!

The set was delivered today. It’s gray, not beige as pictured. I’ll be returning it this weekend. If you like drab gray, this set is for you. Otherwise, just don’t.
