My kids have been using their Bentgo Fresh Lunchbox since school started. I like that it comes with a little divider, which gave the option of placing bigger food items. Only thing is I lost the divider, which is disappointing. Please send me a replacement.

I loved that this box gave us the option for a big area or to break it down into an extra food space. It was a great option for my older kid who isn’t into dips. I was sad when a few pieces broke, especially since my daughters kids version is perfect still in great shape. We look forward to trying it again.

We have owned several bentgo boxes, starting with the bentgo kid. What I love about them is it makes packing lunch easy. The kids know, one section holds their protein, one their fruit, one their vegetable and one their grain. It makes me confident that they can pack their own lunch and get a well balanced diet. The bentgo kids was the perfect size for kindergarten and below, but as we started to try to stuff whole sandwiches into it over time it eventually did crack and break. So definitely size up rather than stuff it! Bentgo was great though and they do stand behind them for 2 years and replaced it since it was just under 2 years (they definitely aren't flimsy but kids are tough on things!). I love the bentgo fresh as it has plenty of room for my 2-4th graders, I even have been know to pack them more than they can eat in it. There have been 2 issues with the bentgo fresh, one has been the hinge on both of the two we own eventually broke when dropped just at the right angle. Luckily my husband was able to fix both with baking soda and super glue which made me happy they didn't end up in the land fill (I am sure bentgo would have helped us out with a replacement). And one of them has been going strong for over a year with this fix (the other was dropped recently). To avoid this problem I am trying out the bentgo pop for my 3rd child. The hinges seem to be protected here so hopefully we won't have to worry about them. And the second problem has been the dividers getting thrown away. I love the divider and it seems to fit very snuggly, but somehow my children find a way to not come home with them. I do not know if they bang their food out when emptying them and they fall out, but unfortunately bentgo does not sell replacements. Hopefully they will change this as they already sell replacements for utensils and other parts that easily wander away. Overall we have really enjoyed ours, they make school lunches easy and are great for traveling (car or plane) as they easily sit in their lap. Hopefully my review helps others avoid a few of the hassles we had along the way!

We love Bentgo! This lunchbox has been a great upgrade from the 5-compartment for our 6-year old, and helps with perfectly portioned lunches. Reached out to customer service about a replacement part, which they responded to quickly and effectively. So happy with our Bentgo collection!

Love the boxes and the customer service is even better. I used these daily for my kids and after a year some did develop mold in the silicone top. I called customer service to see how best to clean this and they are helping with this problem. My kids love the boxes and keeps their lunch separated.

I bought this lunch box about 10 months ago. It is perfect box to keep my daughter's lunch hot or cold. I reach out with instruction on cleaning it. The Bentgo team replied quickly. They were very knowledgeable about what to us and the outcome of those products. When the steps they suggested didn't work they stepped in. I appreciate companies like this. I will continue to support Bentgo.

My daughter got this lunchbox for her first year in school. It has been such an easy way to make lunches for her to take each day. As a teacher myself, most of my own students have these as well. The silicone has started to get some mold on it but customer service has been great about exchanging it for a new one!

I bought the set of 2 from Costco and loved it at first, but it is unfortunately not “leak-proof” as it claims. I had pasta salad in one of the compartments and by the time I got to work, my bag and it’s contents was covered with the vinaigrette. I had it latched properly so that was a bummer, but at least now I know. Also, if someone sees something in the photos that indicates I did not latch it properly and that caused the leak, please let me know!!

Hands down my son's favorite lunchbox. He hates his food getting mixed up and touching so this is the perfect solution for that. The seal for each compartment secures the food, and the big latch makes it easy for him to open and close it. I also love the removable divider because it allows me to have a bigger compartment for when he is ready for bigger meals. This is truly an investment you'd want to get for your kids!!

We have purchased many of those by now and enjoy them for both our boys. We like the vibrant colors, and prefer them to the grey which may stain over time. The seal is good but I would advise anyone to hand wash the covers or soak promptly to avoid mold formation or damage to the silicone from your dishwasher. The hinges may crack and we always keep them in a padded lunch box for protection. Great costumer care and I can't wait to try some of the new products.
