I bought this lunch box with the matching lunch bag for my son's 4th birthday as he is SO excited to start school this year. The parcel was successfully delivered to our porch; unfortunately when my husband and I got home from work it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. With no hesitation, Michael told me he would make an exception and send another lunch box to me for no extra fees. I was beyond appreciative and thankful. This was my first time ordering from Bentgo.com and it will not be my last. Not only are the quality of their products one of the best, but their customer service over-exceeded my expectations. Thank you Bentgo for turning a discouraging situation into a positive experience. My son absolutely loves his set and is all ready for kindergarten :)

I have the pink fairy lunchbox & my daughter loves it and I love it so I can have her try many different foods & I love that it don’t leak so excited they have new colors can’t wait for my daughter to get the new prints she’s almost 2 and I will be buying more for whenever she starts school.

I have four of these boxes for each of my kids, and I have been packing their lunches in them every school day for the past few years! They are super durable, and really are leak free! I love that I can chose to use the divider or take it out, the flexibility to be able to pack different types of food make these boxes versatile. The colors are fun, too! They do great in the dishwasher, and the rubber seals are holding up great! I really do love these lunch boxes!

This style bentgo is perfect for elementary school lunches. The removeable divider offers flexibility and can accomodate a full sized sandwich. My kids can open and close them without help, they have never leaked, and they fit nicely in standard sized lunch boxes. We own several and my kids take them to school every day. Some are three years old and still look brand new.

I bought two of these for my kids and they absolutely love them. We have been using them for over 2 years and they still function just as good as the day we received them in the mail. They are sturdy and leak proof, two pros as a mom of two boys. I love the nonslip edges, they really help for staying where you put it. They are very easy to clean, again making it perfect for all moms and dads. They take up very little space. And I won't lie..I have used them myself on several occasions 😉😉 I also use the removable tray and use them for dinner sometimes depending on what is being served. All aroubs great product and would definitely recommend!

I reached out to them on a weekend to ask for safe ways to remove mold from my son's bentgo box as he forgot it at school. They were super fast to respond ( on a weekend) and gave me solutions to try to resolve the problem. When that did not work they offered a replacement. We have a good amount of their products and have not had any issues. Will gladly continue to buy these for our 3 kids who take lunch to school daily.

We love this lunchbox and have two that we rotate during the school week. Unfortunately the silicone portion has molded on both, but Bento is going to replace them. Worth the purchase without a doubt especially knowing that customer service will take care of us when anything like this happens! It’s the only lunchbox we’ve found that is virtually leakproof and my kid loves it and can easily open/close on their own. Would give five stars if it weren’t for the mold issue!

We own two of these, one for my daughter and one for my son. They love all the compartments and its the perfect size for them. The lunchboxes seal great, no spilling. I have even put yogurt in them before. The closing latch on my daughters lunch box did break, but I emailed the company and right away they took care of it. I would recommend these.

Purchased these a year ago after reading so much praise on different websites and forums. I purchased them through a warehouse retailer and they came as a set of 3, green, blue, purple. I have 3 kids in Elementary school so purchased 2 sets to switch day/night washings. My kids love packing their own lunches and easily fill the sections which help with portions. We love that a WHOLE sandwich fits. My oldest may need a bigger adult one when he goes to middle school next year. I love that I’m not using a bunch of plastic bags or containers anymore for their lunches. These bentgo boxes have saved us time and money! Cons: the divider can easily slide out. We found my son had thrown his away in the trash once. Small drink/juice cartons do not fit. Instead we had to switch to drink pouches, and because you can squish them they fit. The shell gets easily scratched and dented on the playground asphalt after lunch and can sometimes be sharp. Some chips will stain the inner seals: like bbq and cheese flavored. Of all the times we’ve used them, they only leaked twice; once with watermelon and once with frozen strawberries.

We have had these for over two years and they are still going strong. We have 3 and I just bought 2 snack size bentgos as well. My daughter is in 2nd grade and absolutely loves taking home lunches to school. She specifically requests this lunchbox over others. We can't get enough of our Bentgos. Be sure to only top dishwash the tray only and handwash the outer shell. These fit in most lunchbags as well.
