Love these lunchboxes

Best purchase ever!

I wrote an email to customer service since the Bentgo utensil caused a lot of deep scratches on my Bentgo Kids trays (yes, trays.). I have five Bentgo Kids my kid uses and we only had them for a month. When I started using their utensil it was too sharp that it caused deep scratches and was thinking if the plastic gets into my kid’s food. I cannot for the life of me get a straight and with sense answer. Jumped from one CS to Another and now left with no answer. They didn’t address my concern and just completely ignored me. The box is okay to me. I handwash everything and wipe them down and let it air dry on top of that. That’s how much I take care of our stuff. Now I am regretting buying this brand because of the customer service. I now switched to Yumbox, and just found out that their boxes are way better than Bentgo. Wasted money on my Bentgo boxes, I don’t only have the 5 Kids but I also have other Bentgo products as well.

Nice, but smaller than I expected

Good quality but compartments are way too small for any meal.

These are great but they do not have HANDLES! Disappointed

Ordered for my son. The item got defect. Contacted customer service and talked to Michael. He was nice and help me to replace the new one

I bought this a couple months ago. The products clips wouldn’t close anymore but with great customer service they helped me with a replacement.

We got this lunch box as a present and my son loved it! It is definitely leak proof. Also, colors are so nice.
